Sean has been very helpful in setting up the system for me and explaining the benefits in a clear and concise manner as hes aware how busy we are and I appreciated him calling several times until he got through. The app so far has given excellent results and I look forward to trying it out over the coming months and comparing the data to previous periods.

I worked with Sulaiman, he is handling our account and it's been great. We are able to see the traffic of our page very useful analytics such as searches made, searches without results, and much more. Not only do we get analytics, we also get a beautiful front-end interface for the customer to easily view products with many different features including filtration by categories to your needs, and much more. The customer support truly made the difference! We had an explosion of traffic from a national spot, and Doofinder helped us push products with higher inventory and redirect customers searching for sold-out products. This is the first app that has a combination of a great product along with amazing customer support. Jennace was absolutely exceptional with their support, explanation and with setting up Doofinder on our website. We been running the 30 day free version for the last month. This product integrated into our website seamlessly and has so many features that we can already see help our website and business that we moved onto the paid subscription. Really impressed with the search team specialist (Daniel) that made contact to help us navigate this new toy. This app works well!

Have had DooFinder installed for a month. I have had nothing but positive feedback from our customer/clients about how easy it is to use. It was easy to set up/install and my Rep Nicole has been nothing short of FANTASTIC, answering my questions, helping with design, and answering more questions. There is a ton of functionality that I am still learning how to use, but so far it is fantastic!
