We received a phone call from Daniel Adrain Peachey regarding Doofinder, a product search bar & filer application we can add onto our shopify website. From the first initial contact, through our 30-day trial, and now using it on our own Daniel has helped us through every step of the way. Daniel has customized searches and helped us with promo items as well. You are not alone with the set-up, in fact he set it up to become fully operational with minimal oversite needed from us. Highly recommend Doofinder for their responsive and friendly customer service alone.

We have installed the App 25 days ago, and Lisardo, our account executive has been very helpful to give us all the information needed to make this app a good help for our search bar. So far, the App is doing a great job nd has improved ours each bar tremendously.

Doofinder app is a huge improvement on the standard Shopify search feature. The extent of the features offered makes it easy to customise the search as well as giving the client a tailored search experience. We have just finished the 30-day trial and already it has accounted for one online sale which is impressive for high-value items and also improved our click-through rate. From an analytics perspective, it is easy to use. We receive many sales calls, in this instance, it was worth listening. Shaun is exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He is certainly an asset to the Doofinder team.

Running on multiple shopify stores now - They even linked under one login to make it easy to manage... They have a great support team to answer any questions you have... has LOTS of features and tweaks to adjust how it serves the results... Can also change the look of the whole interface with some CSS help from their team... Their AI adjusts the results the more people use the search to make it more and more relevant to increase the conversions. Looking forward to see how it works through the holiday seasons where we are sure to get more stats to review to help us tweak things even better.
