I really like the clarity of the dashboard and as a marketing officer, the functions in the pro plan, like the banner function, look like they will be extremely helpful for us. Most importantly the clickthroughs to product pages are pretty high. Shaun at Doofinder was able to talk me through all the functions efficiently and clearly and I'm excited about using the app going forward.

I was having real issues with the Shopify search bar bring zero results back to customers due to spelling issues so decided to give this a go. I was contact by Shaun who talked me through the features and what this search bar could do, he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Doofinder really is a step up in customer experience (and therefore conversion rate) when compared to Shopify's default search engine. Shaun was fantastic, giving us a 30 day trial and showing the ropes free of charge. There was no pressure to buy, but frankly once you've seen Doofinder in action, you will.

Vendor reached out and asked we run through the trial which we reluctantly did as our theme search function was already pretty good. After going through the trial we did find value in the improved search analytics and function. Support has been thorough to get the app setup and to ensure it was working properly and we were aware of all the features. We decided to keep the app after going through the trial.

We saw a noticeable increase in conversions from the search bar during the trial period and Peter Aron our Ecommerce Search Specialist was great to take time to make sure we understood how to use the system. He helped us understand more of where our stats could be and gave suggestions of what to do using the DooFinder Search Bar. Any question we had he was right there to guide us through the process. Currently using Doofinder on two Shopify stores. The search bar is really nice, I love the way it works. Most importantly, the tech support is top notch right from the start. Carl was great, set up everything for me, he made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving me. Many apps that I have are incomplete because of my lack of knowledge and lack of support. This is not the case with this company. They run their business the way a business should be run right from the start so I can get the most out of the app. Absolutley love the app and Doofinder as of this writing. Carl thank you for your persistence in reaching out to me in a time that I am short staffed and limited time, you made sure you got a hold of me and have everything working top notch, I really appreciate it. Had a great experience with Peter who helped us through our 30 day trial. He was available and responsive to whatever we needed and did a great job at showing is how to use the backend of the app. In a short amount of time we have seen results that equal higher conversion rates and better search results for our customers. On top of that, this app is a great way to understand what your customer is looking for and if you have the right selection of product to meet their needs.
