This is an incredible app for Shopify. Our search bar is much easier to use and helps our online customers find the products they are looking for. Special thank you to Aonghus for helping us out from start to finish.

Doofinder really is a step up in customer experience (and therefore conversion rate) when compared to Shopify's default search engine. Shaun was fantastic, giving us a 30 day trial and showing the ropes free of charge. There was no pressure to buy, but frankly once you've seen Doofinder in action, you will.

Vendor reached out and asked we run through the trial which we reluctantly did as our theme search function was already pretty good. After going through the trial we did find value in the improved search analytics and function. Support has been thorough to get the app setup and to ensure it was working properly and we were aware of all the features. We decided to keep the app after going through the trial.

Daniel was very friendly and helpful. I could tell that he had my business in the best interest. My click rate has increased tremendously and my sales have increased as well. Very recommended for your business and success rate with your customers.

We saw a noticeable increase in conversions from the search bar during the trial period and Peter Aron our Ecommerce Search Specialist was great to take time to make sure we understood how to use the system. He helped us understand more of where our stats could be and gave suggestions of what to do using the DooFinder Search Bar. Any question we had he was right there to guide us through the process. Thank you Peter and DooFinder.

Currently using Doofinder on two Shopify stores. The search bar is really nice, I love the way it works. Most importantly, the tech support is top notch right from the start. Carl was great, set up everything for me, he made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving me. Many apps that I have are incomplete because of my lack of knowledge and lack of support. This is not the case with this company. They run their business the way a business should be run right from the start so I can get the most out of the app. Absolutley love the app and Doofinder as of this writing. Carl thank you for your persistence in reaching out to me in a time that I am short staffed and limited time, you made sure you got a hold of me and have everything working top notch, I really appreciate it. Had a great experience with Peter who helped us through our 30 day trial. He was available and responsive to whatever we needed and did a great job at showing is how to use the backend of the app. In a short amount of time we have seen results that equal higher conversion rates and better search results for our customers. On top of that, this app is a great way to understand what your customer is looking for and if you have the right selection of product to meet their needs.

Doofinder has been very helpful in further understanding customer interactions on our website and learning more about their search behavior. We also feel like Doofinder provides a better customer experience while searching on our website. We were a bit hesitant to install, but Peter Aron has been fantastic! This app is awesome! It'a a gorgeous search box with amazing capabilities. So far, our customers love it and they have an easier time finding what they need. The customer support for Doofinder is amazing. Nick helped us out along the way, checking in, answering questions and getting tweaks done. Highly recommend!!!

Kate was very professional. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. I missed more than a few of our planned calls and yet she was very understanding. she followed up with me but was never pushy. She took the time to customize the theme of my search still within the trial period. I wish every sales person was like this.

Awesome search tool for my Shopify store. There's a lot of smart technology built into the search engine, and a lot of flexibility to adjust what shows up (and what doesn't show up) when your customers search your site. Way more feature-packed than I was expecting.
