Great app. Before I installed it, I regularly missed sales due to misspelled searches. With this app, it's a non-issue. Also, I love how it suggests products once you simply hit the search bar. I wish there was a bit more transparency on some stats, but I was promised that my feedback will be addressed. Also, I want to mention outstanding customer service. Mario, the representative that was working with me, was nothing but responsive, helpful, courteous, and patient – working with me around my schedule. Thank you Mario! You sold it:)

I am really pleased with the functionality of this search engine. It made it much easier for our customers to find what they were looking for as well as help with some other issues. Customer support was the best we have ever received! Efiba was always there to help! Totally recommend!

I have tried a few different search apps over the past few years and I find doofinder to be the best. Packed with so many features and easily integrated with our store. Customer service is superb!

This App is awesome. Now people can search very easy for our products. The best is, that we are able to redirect searches or let them only find products we have in stock. There is so much more the App can do. Tau helped us to find the right and best plan for us. Thanks Tau for all your help.

We just completed our free trial with Doofinder and have been very happy so far in the improvement in our search results and ease of search. We had a search bar app previously, but it doesn't compare to Doofinder. We have also found the customer service so far to be very helpful. Christian has been our representative, and has been very helpful with questions along the way. The app is a little pricey, and they count number of requests differently than I would expect to determine pricing. Only negative is that they also add in an extra (hidden) charge for using the search bar on mobile devices. They should probably be up front about that charge in the pricing plan they put on their home page.

We have tried a few search bar extensions for our website, but this one works great and the service received from Jovil was clear and easy for us as the background user for our website. The auto learning technology really enhances our users ability to search and makes it easier and nicer to signpost customers to our search bar. We would highly recommend to others to try the free trial and get a feel for this great tool.

We implemented DooFinder just about two weeks ago and the results that we've seen have been more than 5x the average that DooFinder even sees. Our CTR is MUCH higher than ever before, we're converting sales more efficiently, and the search algorithms are excellent! Has a lot of functionality and helps the customer navigate quickly to products. Jovil is the rep I've talked to and has been super helpful. He and his team even helped me out on an issue not related to searches which went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this app.
