Currently using Doofinder on two Shopify stores. The search bar is really nice, I love the way it works. Most importantly, the tech support is top notch right from the start. Carl was great, set up everything for me, he made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving me. Many apps that I have are incomplete because of my lack of knowledge and lack of support. This is not the case with this company. They run their business the way a business should be run right from the start so I can get the most out of the app. Absolutley love the app and Doofinder as of this writing. Carl thank you for your persistence in reaching out to me in a time that I am short staffed and limited time, you made sure you got a hold of me and have everything working top notch, I really appreciate it. Had a great experience with Peter who helped us through our 30 day trial. He was available and responsive to whatever we needed and did a great job at showing is how to use the backend of the app. In a short amount of time we have seen results that equal higher conversion rates and better search results for our customers. On top of that, this app is a great way to understand what your customer is looking for and if you have the right selection of product to meet their needs.

Doofinder has been very helpful in further understanding customer interactions on our website and learning more about their search behavior. We also feel like Doofinder provides a better customer experience while searching on our website. We were a bit hesitant to install, but Peter Aron has been fantastic! We are very thankful for the amount of time he has spent with us in the onboarding and answering all our questions. Thank you, Peter!

This app is awesome! It'a a gorgeous search box with amazing capabilities. So far, our customers love it and they have an easier time finding what they need. The customer support for Doofinder is amazing. Nick helped us out along the way, checking in, answering questions and getting tweaks done. Highly recommend!!!

Kate was very professional. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. I missed more than a few of our planned calls and yet she was very understanding. she followed up with me but was never pushy. She took the time to customize the theme of my search still within the trial period. I wish every sales person was like this.

Really helps sort through large catalogs of items, which has been great. Only used for a month so far, but this app definitely is well designed.

Awesome search tool for my Shopify store. There's a lot of smart technology built into the search engine, and a lot of flexibility to adjust what shows up (and what doesn't show up) when your customers search your site. Way more feature-packed than I was expecting.

DooFinder has been a massive improvement in our search bar. It provides great image-based results, with lots of suggestions to help customers find what they are looking for. I use the stats on what customers are looking for to quickly improve listings and information, as well as what new items to add. The staff at DooFinder were extremely helpful and trained me on using the app. Rocco went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success!

Love it. Simple for me to figure out. Great for customers to find exactly what they are looking for! I also love know what they are looking for. We are adding patterns we know that are wanted. Andrew was great to work with and helped us through set up and made it easy and quick.

Great service from Rob, very helpful, knowledgable and met our needs perfectly. Helped build a custom plan based on our unique requirements and has been available at all times throughout the process. Made the decision very easily and left us with the knowledge and understanding to continue on our journey.

Andrew helped me out majorly in understanding how to use the app and made it seamless and painless. He also is available and eager to help me whenever i ned help creating banners and gaining a better grasp of the app. Its a really good app that shopify should recommend to all of its users. It really cleaned up my search bar, and product search making it easy for customers to find what they want.

This app does exactly what you need it to. My representative Andrew guided me through the whole process from start to finish. He was very informative making sure i could utilize all fo the tools it had to offer and even helped me make a personalized plan to accomidate my budget. Im so glad i took his call and put this on my store it doubled our sales the week it was implemented and ive noticed it uptrend from there. Thank you Andrew so much.
