We need to make the search experiance on our site better. After looking at alot of different options we found Doofinder to be the one for us. We were supported amazingly by their team and most importantly Tahnee who was our rep was knowledgeable and extremely easy to get on with. Overall a great experiance for us.

Do you ever run across a product or service which you never knew you needed and once you try it you wonder how you ever lived without it? This is how it was with us and Doofinder. I always thought that a search bar was a search bar, but was I ever wrong! Doofinder takes search to a whole new level and helps customers navigate our 1000 SKU webstore with complete ease. After only a few days it paid for itself with numerous sales that resulted directly from a Doofidner search. It was super simple to integrate and the few tiny issues that crept up were dealt with immediately by their support staff. Shout out to Lindsay who is an excellent account manager! She did a great job explaining the features and benefits, was totally on top of everything during onboarding and made the whole experience a total joy. Regardless of the size of your store, I highly recommend Doofinder.

This is only my second month with Doofinder installed and I can already see the benefits. There is a lot more interaction on my website, time spent on it has increased and this will all help with SEO. It makes it a lot more user friendly for the customer to navigate their way around too. I have yet to get into all the added features but the guys at Doofinder are incredibly helpful. Liam was by far one of the best agents I have dealt with on any platform. No sugar coated sales jargon, just plain simple facts on Doofinder and to be honest, it sells itself. The opportunity to trial it for free for the first month is a testament to that.

Dealt with Ricardo, Very helpful with breaking down the stats and deciding what's best for our company. Some information like search bar statistics is available via Shopify analytics but this is presented in a better way for quick reading and comparison. Product recommendations and adding custom business rules to tailor the results is very handy! Would recommend so far but yet to analyse before and after sales data to determine long term value.

Nice Fluid transition from our old service provider to DooFinder with help from our rep FRANE. Doofinder has a nice looking theme and easy to understand functionality. Redirection rules in DooFinder help our customers find what products they are looking for.

After a move to an entirely new online template for my website, I had an overwhelming amount of navigation programming to do. It kept getting pushed back due to other pressing priorities. Resulting in a significant decrease in online sales! It was at this time the Jorge from Doofinder reached out to discuss the benefits of the Doofinder app. The timing could not have been more serendipitous. I am typically a skeptic of all such calls. But Jorge was easy to talk to and there was no pressure and his product was exactly what I needed. He suggested I take advantage of the 30d trial. I did! In 2 weeks my online sales were noticeably up! There were multiple follow up calls and training sessions in these 30days. I am grateful and now I am a subscriber!! Thank you Jorge & Doofinder!

Running Doofinder on our site. They have helped with our search functions by allowing SKUs on the search tiles and allowing us to customize our top products. Extremely useful for our site because we have over 800 SKUs.
