Really seeing the benefit of this improved search bar on the Purrfect Cat Gifts website. We are converting at over 14%! on direct product searches. The onboarding support has been excellent and very attentive. DooFinder is a must have app in my opinion.

I am loving this Search App and feel it is going to really grow my sales and make a more user friendly experience for my customer. Susmit More was wonderful to work with. We decided to try this search engine as the result from a phone call from Chris and we are very glad we did. Compared to the stock search bar and a less expensive paid app that we tried, Doo Finder is significantly better. The speed of the results is the best part, they literally show up in milliseconds but also you can write in anything and it will give you results. On previous search engines if you used a word that wasn't in our listings instead of giving results based on the other words it would simply come up with the no result page. No even if you try to add random words you still get results based on the words that match your items. Its not the cheapest but like the old adage says "you get what you pay for" and that is definitely the case here.

Doofinder is an amazing app! Has completely changed the way my customers can find items, and are able to shop. Very customizable and efficient. Their team is very attentive with helping launch, and upkeeping the back end. Alfa, one of their representative has been so great! 10/10 would recommend.

Great product & 100% recommended. Lennon did a great job by helping us connecting Doofinder in less than 5 minutes. Our search has improved and so has the customer experience on our website. 10/10 for this app. First of all, Ivan and Sam have been amazing when setting up this app. Their customer service and attention to detail to make sure every step goes smoothly are unmatched when it comes to companies who make these apps. They go to the ends of the earth to get your problems sorted if you encounter them! Anyone wanting to upgrade their search bar this is the app to go ahead with. You can change your search algorithm to however you want with such ease. Doing that with Shopify alone would take a coding genius. We have ours fully customized and it's looking better than ever. We can track keywords, add banners to our search, and much much more. We have various companies approach us about our search and we've never been happy with the speed, functionality and customer service side of things. Already we are seeing sales increase on our own products due to us being able to manipulate what shows first when a keyword is typed. Thank you Doofinder.

The best thing is the support from them that I get. The app has definitely added value to my site and made the searchability 100 times better. Any questions I have had have been answered and I can notice an improvement in enquiries as well as monitor those items precisely that are being searched for.

Top one choice if you have large number of products on your site since they don't charge you based on your product quantity. Great team worked proactively with me to solve any questions I had. I would strongly recommend this company to work with to grow your business!
