We LOVE Doofinder! It's been a total game-changer for our business, especially for our customer service team. We handle lots of business by catalog and this tool helps us bridge the gap between print and online sales by making search so intuitive. Thank you especially to Dominic M. who has been the most helpful guide throughout our trial period. I couldn't have asked for a better rep!

Really love the Doofinder app, makes it much easier for the customer to search. The install was made easy thanks to Egor, who went above and beyond - customizing quite a few things that made it way quicker. Explained a lot over the phone too with any questions I had. He really loves his job..Thanks Egor!

Nunca he escrito una reseña, pero ahora si lo amerita, no es que de por si el buscador sea bueno, es que también el soporte que dan es excelente, te resuelven los problemas muy rápido (hay veces que les pido un cambio, me hago un cafe y al volver ya esta el cambio hecho), hasta me hace sentir mal tanta atencion, 10/10

Since migrating to Doofinder our conversion rate has gone up significantly - especially thanks to our account manager AlSedik AlMuntaser! He helped us with fully utilizing the platform to get the most out of it, customizing the search bar to our desire, providing us with suggestions on analyzing our stats, and recommending unique ways to use search to better help our customers with their purchasing!

Doofinder is a very robust tool to enhance the search ability of your website. Currently in the trial phase and their team, especially Egor has been very accommodating in making the app work with our site. I specifically like the page redirect ability the app provides if you want to send customers directly to relevant pages when search terms are used. Thanks again Egor for your support!

There were the usual teething troubles at the beginning of the project, but that's to be expected as I sell one of a kind pieces. HOWEVER as a search it is very impressive. Went enterpise as need collections shown too. Big shout out to Byron for guiding me to the perfect search bar for antique jewellery. He is the real gem!
