5 stars for Rob who kept regularly following up with me through the trial period to answer my questions and resolve issues. And finally he managed to convince me to subscribe. The app works smoothly and I can comment further on seeing improvements in sales figures that can be credited fully to the search functionality they offer. I did see some improvement but will wait for some more time to comment on whether it is all because of the search functionality. Have suggested to Rob that the backend reports/dashboards could be improved to make it simpler and self-explanatory for customers to see value in the investment on the tool and it has been received positively. Overall worth it - Give it a go !! Rob, you rock and due credit goes to the team working with you behind the scenes as well.

This is a great piece of software that really brings your search facility into the 21st century! It greatly improves to the customer experience when searching for products on your store with a clean and sophisticated interface. The app also collects lots if helpful data that can be used. The ongoing support is very good as well. I would recommend.

TOTALLY HAPPY! I couldn't recommend these guys enough! This app made a MASSIVE increase to my sales as soon as i added the app. I spoke with an extremely friendly and professional chap called Alistair who went above and beyond expectations to answer all questions and get me setup quick and easy. I have got to admit i was kinda skeptical about doofinder at first as i had never heard of them before, but after a quick chat with Alistair i was totally sold.. the guys a legend! This app has been so easy and great. Integrated really well and simply, it improves the search bar so well and we can't find anything else like it, so helpful. Good outcomes straight away, very recommended. Looks professional in website too

This is the best search app I have come across, easy integration, and works perfectly. Brings in products for viewing that would not be displayed with a normal search app and very clever with dealing with misspellings. Great Search box app, Would highly reccomend! Even if you are dubious check out the 30day Trial! I would also ask for Alistair Been super helpful and very patient!

We are using this app across 4 of our ecommerce stores. We have been using it for about 2 months and we are still very happy with it. The Doofinder Support Team has been more than helpful and has even carried out some customization tweaks we required for the app to fit our needs.

Fantastic App. We are a small shopify store but we now have a search engine to match the big guys!. Susmit has been extremely helpful and has guided me through the best set-up for our store. We have been using the app for 30 days and it does help improve conversion rate. It sounds little bit expensive but it pays for itself and worth the investment considering how the search bar can contribute growing sales.
