Very helpful with assistance and customer service. App pretty easy to use and works for what you need it to, but is not exactly simple for how to mark items, like pre-order. Still better than not having it.

Updated August 2, 2025 Downgrade from 5 to 4 stars Bugs have not been fixed. Displays and the consequences of actions are unclear. Help files are outdated. Miscellaneous consequences: Be careful before using an option. Do not close a campaign; this will result in a refund. Old comment : The application is young and can still receive improvements, but the basic development is good. The application is already complete, easy to configure (especially for sending follow-up emails) and the support is very responsive. After testing many similar applications, I recommend this one. Since my first review many adjustments and improvements have been made at my request. Always in record time.

Looks like a WONDERFUL App, and would love to use this app to simply display my PreOrder products. I was able to setup 1 Campaign for 2 Products without too much trouble. PROBLEM: My Campaign (PreOrder Button or Badge) never showed on the Product(s) or the Collection pages for those Products at all (app has been activated in theme settings). Using Dawn v15+.

Worked fine for a while and then suddenly I received thousands of emails about just 15 items out of stock. It had a complete paddy and I cannot imagine if it had sent thousands of emails to my customers. Reported the fault to the app developer and Uninstalled for the safety of my site. Developer has since been in touch to apologise and also confirm the issue is fixed. I already moved on to use my free Klaviyo back in stock flow that I hadn't even realised was readily available to me
