We actually lost hundreds of dollars in refunds as this app often will incorrectly convert prices (always lower) that the actual price. Customers purchase and then are extremely angry about being charged more. We've reached out 5 times to get it "fixed". Never was.

I am relocating my business to Spain from NYC. Since my business started and is well known in the US, a currency converter is a must for me in order to expand my business in Europe and beyond. The free option gave me all I needed and very easy to install. Thank you so so much

This app is super easy to use but that's not the best thing about it. The support is second to none. Without any hesitation, the guys helped me to move the currency conversion drop-down into a better position and they even adjusted the drop-down to fit in better with my theme - on desktop and mobile. I am really happy! Thanks!

I installed the app last week as a free version. Up to know it works fine. We will check it the next days. Then I think I will upgrade to the professional version.

I like it but not happy with the no decimal selector. There is a delay so you see the decimals for a second and them they are eliminated.

This app is great- we are switching to Shopify's native currency solution but otherwise would have continued using.

Unfortunately, this app formats some currencies incorrectly. For example, Japanese Yen currency do not have decimals but Doubly will display JPY with decimals unless you turn off decimals in which case all other currencies (such as AUD, CAD, USD, and the EUR) will be rounded to the nearest integer! I hope this app developer will improve their app by adopting the International Organization of Standardization ISO 4217 rules regarding minor units of currency.

After installation, I still didn't see any way to change the placement of the currency box. When I emailed the developer, they replied that this would be a "design change" that they were too busy to help with. They made it clear that help would be offered only if we were on the paying plan. Well we were testing the free version to see if we'd want to commit to a paid plan, but with this attitude for sure not! There are several other currency apps which provides free placement options for currency box and I've already found one with easier installation and better design.

I compared all currency apps and decided for this one. I was about turned off by doubly (the ginger or whatever it is) but the design is actual nice and neutral and allows color change. 5 currencies are free and the installation was well guided. 5 of 5 stars. Thank you guys!!! And sorry doubly for doubting you!
