Literally raised the prices on every item in my store and now i have to redo them all one by one thanks a lot.

I downloaded the Best Currency convertor app to my shopify store and it broke my theme. It changed the layout of the featured product sliders. I removed the app and now none of my product images are loading on their product page.

it dint work as it said and i was not able to customise it + change the theme, it dint change the currency

I installed it after reading the reviews but once I installed it, it changed all our products' prices incorrectly. As soon as I uninstalled the app, the prices were back to their original value. Do not recommend this.

Doesn't work at all, displays native currency no matter what currency you switch to.

What an awful experience! This app was displaying incorrect currency price! My customers was getting charged the wrong amount/currency that what is on display on this converter! Good thing I noticed but still already too late! I'm so mad and disappointed! So horrible! I could get into serious legal trouble with this app!

After finishing the installation, it shows the currency picker below the cart icon automatically. I just added the script to the left of the cart icon and it showed two currency pickers. Where did the first one come from? I still can't find how to remove the first one. Does it just occur in the FREE version?

To install it is all fine and the design is perfect, but it has one flaw. It doesn't convert to other currencies from our store's main currency Swedish SEK. When USD is chosen in the drop down menu it still displays in SEK no matter how I refresh the page and go over the settings in the app.

When I try to use this app in my brooklyn theme and when the customer clicks the variant of the product my add to cart button just disappears.

I had a quick response to my email query. The response looked like an automated response, but with the name of a real person just directing me to check the FAQ, but without responding to my specific query. I could not find an answer to my query in FAQ which has just 3 basic tips, but without any instructions as to why it is done. Not very happy with the Website grizzlyapps.com either. It takes me back to shopify app link without any option to a enhanced FAQ Database. . I am wondering if it is because of free nature of App. I am not inclined to order the PRO version due to support issue. Also the link http://home.grizzlyapps.com/ had the following error message: "This site can’t be reached home.grizzlyapps.com’s server DNS address could not be found. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED RELOAD" Regards, Daniel [email protected]

Well it doesn't work unless you upgrade. If you don't you have to accept that the price will be displayed in a funny way, it will contain the currency code and symbol, and cannot choose to display one of them. So it will look like this: CAD$ 100 Canadian Dollars!

Unfortunately it's not displaying teh currency amount correctly. AUD is more like USD!

the free version dosint work it dos not convert the currency for free version
