Everything worked just fine and rating would be high, however after few months the app stopped communicating with DPD so it became quite useless. We are now trying for two months get it back on - app support team promises help with integration but their help was in telling us go and solve it with DPD - good luck trying to do that when you dont understand technology. We give it last week to try to resolve and than we have to uninstall as it does not make sense to pay for something that has no use.
Hi there, The app still works just fine for many other customers. As we mentioned before, your DPD account has an issue which needs to be solved by DPD. If you cannot clarify the issue with DPD, please put us in touch with your DPD account manager or provide your account details so we can act on your behalf and clarify with DPD. Kind regards
