We had a few request for small changes that would increase productivity, in less than a full day we had exchanged a few emails with the Developer and they were implemented as requested. Excellent responsivity like this is rare, and we very much appreciate it!

App works great. There was an issue at first, when an item had multiple variants and box options. The app was quick to work on a fix and got back to me very quickly and had the app fixed. They also confirmed other questions about how the app would work with our internal processes. They did the research to confirm it would work, and it does work great for us. We use Draft Orders a lot, but the issue was the inventory still showed on hand, which led to over-selling. This app has been a great answer for that. Highly recommend the app, especially with the quality service they provide.

The Bulk of our sales are custom made to order items. this app allows us to charge and sell with accurate item description and price! 99.99% of the time it works all the time! but for that 00.98% that it doesn't, their tech support team is fast to respond and help!

We've been using Draftable to streamline our draft order process for our sales team, and it's been a game-changer. The app lets us create a checkout directly from a draft order, so customers can apply discount codes themselves, no more manually calculating and applying discounts on our end! We also love how easy it is to add line item properties and order notes, and rearrange the order of items without having to recreate the draft. What truly stood out was their incredible support team. They responded quickly and even went above and beyond to help us with a custom code adjustment specific to our needs. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend Draftable if you rely on draft orders, it’s a huge time-saver and extremely flexible.

We started using this app to empower our sales team to raise more complex draft orders and it does everything we need it to do. Axel, the developer, has been most helpful and responsive whenever we needed some assistance. Highly recommend!
