Draftable ‑ Draft Order Helper

We had a few request for small changes that would increase productivity, in less than a full day we had exchanged a few emails with the Developer and they were implemented as requested. Excellent responsivity like this is rare, and we very much appreciate it!

App works great. There was an issue at first, when an item had multiple variants and box options. The app was quick to work on a fix and got back to me very quickly and had the app fixed. They also confirmed other questions about how the app would work with our internal processes. They did the research to confirm it would work, and it does work great for us. We use Draft Orders a lot, but the issue was the inventory still showed on hand, which led to over-selling. This app has been a great answer for that. Highly recommend the app, especially with the quality service they provide.

The Bulk of our sales are custom made to order items. this app allows us to charge and sell with accurate item description and price! 99.99% of the time it works all the time! but for that 00.98% that it doesn't, their tech support team is fast to respond and help!

I am so glad to have found the Draft Order Helper app! It's allowing us to add a note field to each item when creating the order via draft orders. The developer’s support response is excellent — when I reached out for help with adding the note field to the packing slip, they quickly provided a code snippet that solved the issue. Having this note field on the order and packing list is making our order processing and picking so much more efficient. The app has definitely solved a problem for a very reasonable cost!

We were looking to leverage Shopify Draft Order for B2C for a special use case around price adjustments without the need to utilize discount codes or custom products; Draftable gave us the ability to not only adjust prices, but also set note attributes to drive our 3rd party invoice email delivery dates. Axel at Draftable has been extremely responsive when inquiring via email, in addition to developing new features to meet out business needs.

Aside from selling our products in our webshop Cloverliving.com, we also have some products listed on a local marketplace bol.com. At the moment we don't have an integration yet and are selling some products at a higher price on the marketplace. As Shopify is not offering any opportunities for manually overriding a Shopify price to a higher price, I installed this app based on the good reviews. I'm more than happy, how easy it was to override and increase our bol.com order when manually creating the order in our Shopify environment. Highly recommendable!

This app is priced great and works wonderfully. The app developer performed some custom code for us which makes the job of our phone sales team 10X easier. I would HIGHLY recommend this app.
