I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the app. The response time and follow-ups for any technical questions or glitches have been exceptionally quick, which I greatly appreciate. Bri has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. I rate this app 100%! Best regards, Kevin

This app was the solution we needed for pulling draft orders from Shopify into our POS. Their customer support is 10/10 -- they actually listen to their users and make updates and changes as Shopify makes changes. Can't say enough good here!

The app does not work anymore for us, the cart cannot be checked out using this app. The fact that you can't set it to NOT delete your Draft Order by default is a flaw. The fact that you can't add shipping (not their fault, POS wants you to be a store and sell things off the shelf IRL), the fact that it doesn't copy notes... it feels like a hack that doesn't quite work for us. We are sad because we needed this feature!

Great idea. Does not work on any POS for Apple or android. this is a waste of time, don't buy. i have tried ipads, iphones and android; none work

Works like a dream, well worth the extra money each month. We use this instore on POS for our customer orders which are prepared ahead of them coming in to pay. For example, we repair customer bikes - customer drops in bike - we add everything to a draft order that's been used to repair the bike. On collection we use Draft Orders For POS to instantly have the customers draft order ready for payment. We've experienced a couple of glitches with discounts but their support is brilliant and all problems are sorted. I'd highly recommend.
