DrDownload Digital Downloads

I am unable to open this app in Shopify. My customers has purchased my products but has not received the download link. I have checked the order page but cannot find the download button. Please respond and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you!

When it works, it works fine - easy to use, basic but does the job. But their server are offline quite often. Every time I need to use the app, it's down or incredibly slow.

UPDATE 7/3/2024 I have been without service for 4 days and have had zero support from the app developer, customer support and even Shopify has not been able to communicate with them. ---------------------------------------------------- I currently use this app. Presentation isn't a wow. very basic, but functions perfectly. My customer emails are sent in under a minute. No complaints. I've used chat and received help quickly. I would def recommend it.

This app isn't performing well, I have just installed the app but it won't open. I have Immediately uninstalled it!

so far seems like a better fit for my dotcom than the previous download app I was using. tech service was great while I was setting up, however, I'm still waiting on a reply for my latest issue. one thing I wish this app had was the ability to see a list of products, and a list of uploaded files at the same time. I had over 100 products that I had to keep switching from the upload wizard to the product page and back. As well, I had most settings that stayed the way I wanted for every listing, but another setting (the 72 hour download window), I had to keep changing to zero for every file. beyond these issues, I like the ability to upgrade in the future, the price is decent, and the app has the functions I wanted to integrate for my customers.

Initially was happy with it as it did the job. But not impressed when the app was down for a whole day, and no way to contact them (I'm sure we weren't the only ones). Once it was back up and running, downloads weren't being sent out at all for numerous hours. Had client emails asking where their downloads were and had a mad scramble to source an alternative option. Support was non existent and when complained initially, when complained again after being charged for the month, got a rather condescending response completely irrelevant to what I was talking about, clearly not reading what I was saying. Have since moved on elsewhere as the support response and lack of has put us off.

Dear, We are having a problem downloading the files on the order status page. Previously, customers could download these from their order status page. They were shown an orange download button. We've upgraded to Shopify's new order status page, and it appears this button is no longer there. Can you please have this added back? Thanks in advance!

I use this app for several weeks and I think it is very useful and convenient. Files are uploaded and downloaded quickly. When I had an issue, the support quickly responded, made adjustments and the problem was solved.

Works very well, easy to install and customer support is excellent. No code needed in the liquid, easy to set your emails so they fit the format of the store and got it working in 10 mins. Cant fault it.

I intergraded this app in my Shopify Store and it works great with my website. Thanks DrDownload. Customer Service is great also

I had some technical problems and contacted support via chat. The response time was super quick and even the problem was resolved in hours rather than days. In general, it's a great app for delivering digital files to customers. The enormous amount of data storage is great too -> especially with the higher plans! Try it yourself -> there ist a free plan available.

Excellent customer service. I had some issues and they helped resolve them promptly and everything works perfectly now. I like that that this app is based on storage space and not the number of products I have listed on my site. It works better for our needs and makes it way more cost effective for us.

A really great app that makes it easy and intuitive to provide digital downloads as well as combining digital and physical products. Perfect and very speedy customer service also!
