The app is not working properly. I am unable to log in, and it is really slow. Every time I need to use it, I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It's a nightmare to use, and you have to pay for it. If it worked well, I wouldn't mind paying, even though it is an expensive app. But paying for something that I can't use properly and is so slow is a big NO.

Our goal is to have happy users, not to earn from unhappy ones. **Update as of July 22, 2024:** We tried reaching out by emailing your Shopify account and via your website's ticketing service but haven't received a reply. We hope you get back to us so we can address this one-star review, which is the only one we have. **Update as of July 25, 2024:** We have been trying to reach you daily through all available channels without any response. **Update as of August 10, 2024:** Despite our daily efforts to contact the merchant, we have not received any reply. It seems that the merchant is refusing support, leading us to believe that this negative review may be linked to fraudulent activity.

In an effort to address your concerns, I've thoroughly reviewed the situation regarding any invoices paid via Shopify for the Dropast app. However, it appears that no invoices have been paid for Dropast within the Shopify system. If my assessment is incorrect or if there are any outstanding invoices that require attention, please don't hesitate to inform me. I am fully committed to refund any Shopify invocie linked to Dropast. Upon further review, I've identified the order RST 10378, for 155.68 RMB, which was paid on 14th February and subsequently purchased by us from Taobao . In light of the service issues you've experienced, I have taken the initiative to issue a full refund of 155.68 RMB to your Dropast balance. As a result, your current Dropast balance stands at 155.68 RMB. If you prefer, I can facilitate a refund of this balance to you via PayPal. Support isnt replying i have been emailing them about cash on delivery method in UAE and how long it takes to get the payment if its cash on delivery ?? Support replied me and gave me additional two months free access to dropast Support response time is very poor and did not refund and charged 52$ i dont understand why they dont respond on time and charging alot Chat responded and gave me a refund it took some time because of chinese holidays
