No option to give 0 or negative star, not able to add the channel also not able to do the verification from PC and when doing from mobile the screen is obstructed and not allowing to go ahead, very bad support girl was tking as if she is hiding somewhere and not allowed to talk or it seems like she was doing some fraud and i had to tell her again and again to speak properly and finally i gave up and disconnected the call and she was not ready to listen to my issue rather she kept saying the same thing over and over again... very very poor UX

Beware of this scam!! they are leaking data and sending duplicate orders to same customer. Your order will get RTO and their order will be delivered. Plus there is no support from key account manager. In my case Akanksha and Kavisha, both arrogant girls do n ot want to resolve any issue only looking for excuses and blaming dropshipper for all the nuisance on their platform. Be very careful when choosing them, late delivery, fraud Updates, Wrong RTO, Delivery exec not visiting customer. You will keep spending in ads and they will enjoy your hard earned money

They do not deliver the order in 7 days and the recived orders will never be delivered, also the orders list will vanish after 7 days, it's a scam.

Absolute scam!, i gave them 2 orders of a hairdryer, firstly the supplier scammed us by sending broken products, secondly they scammed us for the delivery, i called my customer asking that did she recieve the product, she said that yes she did but for the next 4 days they didnt update it that if was delivered, now when finally they displayed that the product has been delivered, boom, now i am not able to log into my account whereas on any other account i am able to login! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Good, I am Using this app for nearly one month, so far good, and customer care support is very nice, which is very important, they respond quickly and take necessary action to solve it. They call and give updates about their new launch product and also delivery time is also good. overall my experience with dropdash is great.

Stay away if you don't want to waste a huge amount your time and energy. The worst nightmare for a seller is they showing they have inventory and denying when order comes through. That is after you've planned creatives and strategies. Making a fool out of resellers and our businesses for sake of their testing.
