They are bunch of fraud , incompetent and unexperienced kids who are running the dropdash platform. Dont trust them. They have marked my delivered product in RTO as they manage all the delivery related process. When I called the Customer which they have marked RTO,customer confirmed me that they have already received the order. Their product details showed on their platform that will deliver 4 number of units to the customer but instead they sent only 1 unit. The customer refused to take the delivery which increased my RTO ratio due to their incompetency. they didnt took any responsibilty and transferred all the losses to my account. it is my humble request to new and exiting dropshippers dont trust them. they are frauds hiding behind their computer screens and misusing the technology to earn their profit.

One of the worst app to ever use in dropshipping because the support is not even picking up the call since a week and I used dropdash in my website and ordered my product then it was never delivered. Litterly one of the worst experiences using it

In my opinion dropdash is currently best dropshipping platform in india i know it has some drawbacks but still one of the best dropshipping platform i have worked with

Beware of this scam!! they are leaking data and sending duplicate orders to same customer. Your order will get RTO and their order will be delivered. Plus there is no support from key account manager. In my case Akanksha and Kavisha, both arrogant girls do n ot want to resolve any issue only looking for excuses and blaming dropshipper for all the nuisance on their platform. Be very careful when choosing them, late delivery, fraud Updates, Wrong RTO, Delivery exec not visiting customer. You will keep spending in ads and they will enjoy your hard earned money

They do not deliver the order in 7 days and the recived orders will never be delivered, also the orders list will vanish after 7 days, it's a scam.

Absolute scam!, i gave them 2 orders of a hairdryer, firstly the supplier scammed us by sending broken products, secondly they scammed us for the delivery, i called my customer asking that did she recieve the product, she said that yes she did but for the next 4 days they didnt update it that if was delivered, now when finally they displayed that the product has been delivered, boom, now i am not able to log into my account whereas on any other account i am able to login! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Good, I am Using this app for nearly one month, so far good, and customer care support is very nice, which is very important, they respond quickly and take necessary action to solve it. They call and give updates about their new launch product and also delivery time is also good. overall my experience with dropdash is great.

Stay away if you don't want to waste a huge amount your time and energy. The worst nightmare for a seller is they showing they have inventory and denying when order comes through. That is after you've planned creatives and strategies. Making a fool out of resellers and our businesses for sake of their testing.
