DropInBlog is a really great turnkey way to implement an SEO-optimized blog within your Shopify site. I love the way they provide clear instructions and actionable intel about how to improve your SEO score, so you can always make sure you're putting your best foot forward on that front. The plug-in also adopts your theme, so it easily matches the rest of your site. The true cherry on top is the customer support though. We've run into little things here and there that needed addressing, and we also get a reply within minutes that lead to a swift resolution. Highly recommend this plug-in to any Shopify user that wants to add a blog.

We absolutely love DropInBlog - such a superior blog to Shopify's own with cool features like the AI voice recording of blogs which puts us in a completely different league than our competitors. It helps us to confidently write blogs that are perfect for our SEO and have resulted in us getting our first sale - before we've even launched thanks to the customer landing on our amazing blog page from an organic Google Search! The team are amazing too, always so helpful and quick with replies to any questions I've asked and believe me, there's been many messages sent to their team and they are friendly, patient and collaborate with me to get our blog looking just how we want it!

The best thing about this app is the phenomenal customer service! We've been using DropIn Blog for a couple years, and I'm so impressed with how they've listened to users and evolved in capabilities based on feedback and suggestions when running into pain points. This app just gets better and better which means they care, and I'm here for that!

The team at DropInBlog is phenomenal. First, this is a very user-friendly app and the SEO guidelines help the writer / company reach those SEO marks, in order to have higher rankings in search engines. As food color manufacturers, having strong SEO opportunities is crucial to our business. Additionally, Jason, Jesse and the entire team are always open to our feedback which we really appreciate. It is evident they are trying to create a good experience for all businesses, and to help businesses reach their ultimate goals. I absolutely recommend giving this app a try, you won't be disappointed.

DropIn Blog was an excellent solution where Shopify's blog limited us, and it helps us with SEO. The little customizations, like authors and categories, are also nice. And support always helps you as fast and as much as they can.

Implemented a few months ago. Very happy so far. DropInBlog solved our Shopify blog limitation and allowed us to create a better blog with proper author pages. Love how it helps guide the creation of each post with an estimated SEO score. I have reached out to support twice so far and both times received answers/solutions within the 1/2 hour. Great experience.

Amazing response rate by the team who genuinely want to help you through the issues that you are facing. They always go above and beyond and provide helpful tutorials in adding certain features which makes the app really easy to use. The app itself, is one of the best apps I've ever come across. It has all the updated features and amazing look and feel to blog articles. A little expensive, but worth every penny. Highly would recommend!

In general, this app is only suitable for complete beginners, and it's best if your store doesn't have any existing blogs. If you need to customize blog pages extensively, I would suggest using a page builder (I won't mention the names of these apps to avoid suspicion, but you know, they're easy to search for), or just contact a web development team. Pros: 1. Easy to use, can quickly create a medium SEO quality, rich-media blog 2. Customer service is responsive, with a good attitude, and helped solve many problems together Cons: 1. Don't expect the blog pages to have many customizable features. Compared to the native Shopify blog, the biggest advantage here is just text-to-speech conversion. 2. The product placement function is very limited, basically only including product titles, images, descriptions, "read more," and "add to cart" buttons. If you don't have web coding skills, you basically can't modify anything. 3. If you have a bunch of old blogs, after importing them into this app, the same number of new pages will be created without any notice, with identical content. I think there is a risk of Google considering it duplicate content or spam, and if you later abandon the app, all these links will become 404, and you will need to redirect them yourself.

So if you're looking for super complex blog post layouts a page builder is the way to go. Our main focus is SEO and getting more potential customers to your blog. DropInBlog works very well! We've been using it for a couple of years now, we integrated it with our Shopify website. Any time I've needed support they've been responsive and helped me out. I recommend this product.

The perfect blogging platform for your store. The customer support is excellent. Hamza was able to help me style the blog to match my theme and DropInBlog is now seamlessly integrated into my store. This app gives much more control over my blog and is much more flexible than the blog built into my theme. The set up was easy too. All previous posts where easily imported. Nothing was deleted and all previous blog post URL's redirect perfectly.

Amazing support. Dropped a message on the live chat and issued was solved in an instant! Update 06/01/2025: After using DropInBlog for a little over a year now, I wanted to update my review to further emphasise how excellent customer support is. I have had some issues that I have required support for which has usually been resolved within minutes by them team. The support team are also developers, so are able to make code changes very quickly and I have been thoroughly impressed at how good they are at solving any issues I've had. DropInBlog is easily the best blogging platform for Shopify. Thanks guys!
