Amazing response rate by the team who genuinely want to help you through the issues that you are facing. They always go above and beyond and provide helpful tutorials in adding certain features which makes the app really easy to use. The app itself, is one of the best apps I've ever come across. It has all the updated features and amazing look and feel to blog articles. A little expensive, but worth every penny. Highly would recommend!

In general, this app is only suitable for complete beginners, and it's best if your store doesn't have any existing blogs. If you need to customize blog pages extensively, I would suggest using a page builder (I won't mention the names of these apps to avoid suspicion, but you know, they're easy to search for), or just contact a web development team. Pros: 1. Easy to use, can quickly create a medium SEO quality, rich-media blog 2. Customer service is responsive, with a good attitude, and helped solve many problems together Cons: 1. Don't expect the blog pages to have many customizable features. Compared to the native Shopify blog, the biggest advantage here is just text-to-speech conversion. 2. The product placement function is very limited, basically only including product titles, images, descriptions, "read more," and "add to cart" buttons. If you don't have web coding skills, you basically can't modify anything. 3. If you have a bunch of old blogs, after importing them into this app, the same number of new pages will be created without any notice, with identical content. I think there is a risk of Google considering it duplicate content or spam, and if you later abandon the app, all these links will become 404, and you will need to redirect them yourself.

Great customer support! They were so quick to fix the issue when I needed it. The blog itself is, of course, fantastic. I love this thing.

DropInBlog works very well! We've been using it for a couple of years now, we integrated it with our Shopify website. Any time I've needed support they've been responsive and helped me out. I recommend this product.

The perfect blogging platform for your store. The customer support is excellent. Hamza was able to help me style the blog to match my theme and DropInBlog is now seamlessly integrated into my store. This app gives much more control over my blog and is much more flexible than the blog built into my theme. The set up was easy too. All previous posts where easily imported. Nothing was deleted and all previous blog post URL's redirect perfectly.

Update 06/01/2025: After using DropInBlog for a little over a year now, I wanted to update my review to further emphasise how excellent customer support is. I have had some issues that I have required support for which has usually been resolved within minutes by them team. The support team are also developers, so are able to make code changes very quickly and I have been thoroughly impressed at how good they are at solving any issues I've had. DropInBlog is easily the best blogging platform for Shopify. Thanks guys!

I have been using this app for the Metalsmith Society blog for a few years and I really like it. I especially love how it helps you with your SEO, something I likely would not have had time to give attention to otherwise. I have needed help a bunch of times throughout the years and someone typically helps the same day. Great customer support!

Great app & Great Service

I'm still in the setup phase of the blog, but any question I've had has been answered fast, and in great detail. Plus I like the look and feel of the whole thing. UPDATE Jan 2025: Very happy with the app, its features the support... everything. Makes so much of the setup and management of my blog easy, and almost fun! Always finding new ways to use features and tweak future posts.

Amazing app - the blog looks so much better and is optimized for SEO so people can easily find our blog and we have improved significantly in google search rankings. The design is BEAUTIFUL as well as functional and they make it easy :)

I've been blogging for 10 years on Wordpress...stressing myself out and losing all energy for even writing. This app has renewed my spirit. Customer service is always there for me too.

absolutely not if you already have a blog. you HAVE to make all those blogs you already did put into 301 redirects. Nothing will update when you make changes unless you do that. The app is essentially something running on their system that you redirect to using your own website. they add code to your theme to do this. if you ever want out and use their service to make blog posts, you have to export everything by csv and upload it to your own site, which would mess up yoru seo by a lot. very archaic tech and not super useful if you already have a built out blog.

We are using the app for 1 week and had some problems, which was with help from support, handled very well – it appears they managed to resolve all issues. We were looking for a tool, which could better incorporate our products in the blog articles. This was also the main feature why we decided for your tool. The rest is an amazing bonus, especially SEO calculator tool, which helps us to monitor our text. In addition, it works much better to write text in your tool as directly in Shopify blog. In general, we are very satisfied with the app and I would recommend it to all users who has focus on SEO marketing.
