So far i havent been able to get the app to work, ive got the page set, the template made, the page set to the template, the auction made, the auction listed in the apps home screen, yet on the live page for the app it states No drops to show. I cant for the life of me get it to go, reached out to devs over 6 hours ago, nothing in return, not even a "we recieved your email" auto response, will change review if situation gets better, willl lower to one star if no response EDIT - they reached out with a staff request, i gave permission - nothing happenned, im now left with a store with a potential security risk to a person i do not know who appears to have done nothing SECOND EDIT - 3 days later im still sat with a staff account open, the dropit folks went into my store and appear to have done nothing at all. I reached out 2 days ago to ask for some contact to see whats what and still no contact at all. Im going to give it till the end of the day today but if there is 1 no contact or 2 no fix found, im going to have to uninstall the app with never having to get it to work, reducing star by one for non contact and no action taken

I have responded to all of your messages; in the last one, I advised you that we had ascertained that the issue was caused by a JavaScript conflict with another app you installed on your store. I also advised that we have identified the fix and are working on it, but the fix is significant, so it will take at least a week to complete.
