The experience has been PATHETIC for the last few weeks. The people in the organization do not respond at all to phone calls, messages, and emails - including the account manager. Very UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. I have been following up with them for the past ~ 20 days for some information - they simply do not pick up. It's my request to their management that they give me a contact number of someone who responds. I had to resort to writing this review after multiple follow-ups.

currently its best Dropshipping platform across all over in India. Its very easy to manage. all structures are good to use. payment clarity as well as payment model is very good. KAM are very helpful for increase profitability of your business. Highly Recommended.

dropship india is totally genuine dropshipping platform. the staff is very hardworking here this review is totally genuine bcoz i had already 8 years of experience in this field payment structure, payment sheets, razorpay withdrawls timings i.e 5am , account manager Mr Rahul sir, RAVI SIR all are very cool and mindblowing people so plz go for it and join dropship india and earn more i personally recommend this dropshipping app very good thanks RAHUL SIR...

The Dropshipindia app is easy to use and has many products. It works very well with Shopify. Managing orders and stock is simple. The customer support team is quick and helpful. My dropshipping work has become smooth and easy. Getting the payment on time. Only the suppliers need to ship products on time. Highly recommended!

Misleading and unprofessional service I strongly advise other sellers to be careful with this app. They advertise “easy returns” on their dashboard, but once the product is delivered, there is no return option at all. This is completely misleading. On top of that, they add a 2% COD charge that is never mentioned upfront. The worst part — my customers received different products than what was shown in the catalog. This not only caused losses but also damaged my brand’s reputation. Transparency and trust are the basics in dropshipping, and unfortunately this app failed on both. If you care about your customers and your brand, look for more reliable alternatives.

Tried this dropship but not a good option to start dropshipping. Given a order of a product got a different product also no option for reporting or adding review to the product .cannot trust if the same product will arrive.

Poor quality sales product pictures. no reply from customer service no initial contact, not sure of authenticity. inventory cannot be managed by us.

There are no details of the vendor on this app. if the vendor delivered the wrong product,his or hers. it is not known how the product will be returned and not available any customer supports
