Avoid this dropshipper. A clear scammer. First of all, poor support. The primary number is switched off. Secondary number goes to a choot named Anupam, who talks like he's high. My money has been stuck for a month. No way to withdraw in spite of a verified bank account. Fake RTOs at epidemic levels. No NDR management, no reconciliation. No returns. If a customer is unhappy, you have to pay from your pocket. Trust me guys, avoid this one like a plague.

First of all if there was an option of giving negative stars i would happily give -5 stars. In the beginning they'll answer all the calls but once your average daily orders increases they start sending wrong products, and upon confrontation they'll just reply by saving F**K the customer, you just have to worry about getting more and more orders as you’re doing dropshipping. And on top of that for the wrong products delivered they put a Customer Escalation on your profile and charge you for it. And yes their email and contact number provided does not work. This number 9205259940 works. Hope it helps. And i’m pretty sure all the 5stars reviews are fake or maybe paid reviews.

I would strongly advise against using this app for dropshipping, as it can lead to loss of money and damage to your reputation. They are not responding or processing any orders. Their support contact number is always switched off, and there has been no response to support emails either. It appears that the company may have shut down its business, or it could possibly be unreliable. Please be cautious before using this platform.

The experience has been PATHETIC for the last few weeks. The people in the organization do not respond at all to phone calls, messages, and emails - including the account manager. Very UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. I have been following up with them for the past ~ 20 days for some information - they simply do not pick up. It's my request to their management that they give me a contact number of someone who responds. I had to resort to writing this review after multiple follow-ups.

Misleading and unprofessional service I strongly advise other sellers to be careful with this app. They advertise “easy returns” on their dashboard, but once the product is delivered, there is no return option at all. This is completely misleading. On top of that, they add a 2% COD charge that is never mentioned upfront. The worst part — my customers received different products than what was shown in the catalog. This not only caused losses but also damaged my brand’s reputation. Transparency and trust are the basics in dropshipping, and unfortunately this app failed on both. If you care about your customers and your brand, look for more reliable alternatives.

Tried this dropship but not a good option to start dropshipping. Given a order of a product got a different product also no option for reporting or adding review to the product .cannot trust if the same product will arrive.

There are no details of the vendor on this app. if the vendor delivered the wrong product,his or hers. it is not known how the product will be returned and not available any customer supports
