Do not use this app for dropshipping you will surely loose money and brand reputation. There is no option for return and their support team doesn't respond. Their contact no. will always say switched off and they haven't heired anyone to reply in the mail. In this business you are bound to get return, what will you do if there is no option in the app to process the return. I have to pay the refund from my pocket bcz of there pathetic service.

The experience has been PATHETIC for the last few weeks. The people in the organization do not respond at all to phone calls, messages, and emails - including the account manager. Very UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. I have been following up with them for the past ~ 20 days for some information - they simply do not pick up. It's my request to their management that they give me a contact number of someone who responds. I had to resort to writing this review after multiple follow-ups.

Good platform for Indian dropshippers. Product prices are reasonable and margins are good. Support team is helpful and responsive. Easy to add products and process orders. Overall very good experience.

The Dropshipindia app is easy to use and has many products. It works very well with Shopify. Managing orders and stock is simple. The customer support team is quick and helpful. Misleading and unprofessional service I strongly advise other sellers to be careful with this app. They advertise “easy returns” on their dashboard, but once the product is delivered, there is no return option at all. This is completely misleading. On top of that, they add a 2% COD charge that is never mentioned upfront. The worst part — my customers received different products than what was shown in the catalog. This not only caused losses but also damaged my brand’s reputation. Transparency and trust are the basics in dropshipping, and unfortunately this app failed on both. If you care about your customers and your brand, look for more reliable alternatives.

Tried this dropship but not a good option to start dropshipping. Given a order of a product got a different product also no option for reporting or adding review to the product .cannot trust if the same product will arrive.

There are no details of the vendor on this app. if the vendor delivered the wrong product,his or hers. it is not known how the product will be returned and not available any customer supports

I am using this app since last one month. Everything is very good about the products and the prices. But very bad customer service. We never found any contact info on their website. Normally on the dropshipping model if we receive any prepaid order on our store we get the amount from the customer including our margin. So after getting the order we need to buy the product from dropshipping supplier. Two days ago I got one prepaid order but I never found any buy button on the pending order page. Do not know how they we need to pay the product price on their website. My order is in Confirmed state since last two days. I sent one email, and contacted their support also. But nobody responding. Will wait until end of today and if no response from them I will remove their app from my store.
