I had given them a bad review a few days ago when we had some miscommunication. DropshipCN emailed me back and fixed the situation immediately and sent me a free replacement order. Now that's good customer service. Still waiting to receive my products but a couple of products I received before were great. Looking forward to doing more business.

One of the worst and best print on demand services. Vast selection of products, which are unusable due to the horrific mockups. Ancient software to design products. How does it have so much selection and products other print on demand services do not have? Their biggest downfall is the complacency in mediocrity. I have been searching the earth up and down for dress clothes for women and men. My store alone cannot survive long-term with casual wear. Sadly, the product I was initially searching for, high heels aren't high, and the shoe sizes run extremely small. Some shoes that are definitely men's are categorized under women's and they run extremely small. but they are somewhat what I wanted and more than I expected. Better than nothing. This app gives you basically direct access to a manufacturer in China that produces a vast array of products. Keep in mind I am a software engineer and I was struggling to even figure out how their software works for about 20 minutes. If the mockups were better, I would be able to put 99% of these products on my store, but at this point, I'd have to purchase the products myself and take product photos. I will say, I hope the quality is decent, but guys please update the mockups and the horrible software, and this will easily be a top app on Shopify. Your product selection is like no other, but at this moment this app is almost unusable WITH INCREIBLE POTENTIAL. So sad to see it be wasted. My ultimate request, is to fix the mockups. Take example from Printful and Contrado. Contrado's apparel mockups are horrible, but their leather goods section mockups are top notch. Your shoe mockups are decent, but still awful as I will end up having to edit them to make them usable. Your apparel mockups are so bad I can't even use them.

What can I say, I have been trying to use this company for around five years now, and it's so far never improved it's process at all. I'm not surprised that shopify keeps taking the app down. Cons: Refuses to connect and sync to your store. Unusable mock-ups. Kindergarten level customer service. Overcomplicated order fulfillment process. Pros: A large catalog. I Recommend to everybody to use YOYCOL or PRINTFUL instead

One of the most advanced manufacturers. Very wide variety of products, decent design interface, good quality print and fabric. Of course, you need to order samples for every new design/item, but this is a rule of thumb while dealing with any manufacturer - you need to see how the new design looks, where it needs to be adjusted, where the mockups are wrong (it happens often, but again, it is true for every manufacturer), what sizing for this particular item is. Manufacturing time varies, not sure what does it depend on, but it's usually longer if I order samples of the new design. I always order with express shipping and include its cost in the price for the customers, though it does make it jump twice as high :( Again, this is the case for the most of manufacturers from that region. Overall, one of the best manufacturers in that region and around the world as much as I know. Support response is good but one needs to use a chat at their web site and do it when there's a daytime in China - in this case, the response is instant. If you use email or chat when they are offline, then their initial response may be much slower. Mockups could've been better, but if choosing between quality of products and mockups, I would choose products, of course, and they are mostly very good.

I ultimately had to leave because their ship times are outrageous. I expect some delay being they are in china, but it's horribly slow and customers were NOT happy. Products were decent quality, but sizing is also very small which customers were not happy about. I tried to email feedback, of which was ignored. Unfortunately did not work out for us.

This supplier has great products, especially in relation to dresses, but there are the following issues with this supplier: - Mock-ups are garbage, especially the male mock-ups for things like jackets. The models look bored and the way the images are generated don't make them look good at all. - Import from Shopify is rubbish. If you don't have a phone number for the client, then forget it. It won't work. It takes about 15 minutes to properly adjust the order, which requires you putting in a telephone number, even if you don't have one for the client. Which usually means putting in your own number or a dummy one, both of which are pointless. It then requires all kinds of syncing to make it work. - Customer service is next to non existent. The latest issue involved over 6 emails over 2 weeks just to get the order sent out, then the fedex courier they used refused to deliver the item to the client despite the client contacting them (not dropship's fault), but this could have been resolved if the company had contacted the courier getting them to deliver the item. Lack of contact, and over 9 emails and still no idea where the order is or what is going on. - The app doubled up one of my orders and sent two items to the client, which they refused to respond to my demands to cancel the second order, and issued two dresses. They also CHARGED ME for 2 dresses and have not responded to requests for a refund. -Their design engine and software is ancient and needs updating Unfortunately, one of their dresses is a bestseller for me, which is all the orders above, but I am looking for alternatives. Don't even start with this company because the items aren't worth the hassle and bad reviews. Frustrating and poor implementation. -

No one responds back to you. It's difficult to do business with a company that has poor customer service.

Hello The app is gorgeous , beautiful and there are many great options for design But I have a little comment. The image quality of product photo is poor. There are not many options to display the product at all. And I don't know how to make pictures of the product during the show in the store more than two pictures with more detail Please help.

Far too difficult to design. The Silverlight extension is unsupported by most browsers these days and trying to design within the Shopify interface is just farcical. I can only assume those behind this site have never actually done what they expect others to do. If you're from DropShipCN and reading this, just try designing, say, the hi-top skate sneakers from with Shopify. You can't even change colours without loading up that colour as an image. Enlarging something to fit the full canvas means the handles disappear behind the Shopify console, etc. I use Printful, Subliminator, InterestPrint, KinCustom etc and by comparison this is shockingly bad. I can't comment on the products themselves because I haven't put my designs on any! The app goes off my store right after I hit the 'submit review' button here.
Very much appreciate your suggestion. We are going to update the software and extension design system on our app soon as the new designer is under development. We hope it will be available in the coming months. For the basic designer we provided, we have added the color function and coordinate system for design as you suggested, which allows customers to design more easily now. The enlarge function is honestly a limitation to all Shopify app because it is limited to the frame of the Shopify account. We suggest you create a design on-site if possible which will solve the issue.
