Charged 4 times after written cancellation confirmations — $1,199.96, still unresolved Subscribed Dec 2025. Cancelled through the app in early February 2026 — I hold screen recordings of two cancellation attempts, both showing "successfully cancelled." Charged $299.99 on Feb 10 regardless. Their support then confirmed in writing three times (Feb 24, Feb 25, Mar 27) that my account was cancelled and I would not be charged again. I was charged $299.99 on June 23 and $299.99 on July 23. Their own activity log, which they sent me, shows the subscription remained active the entire time their team was confirming it was cancelled. Evidence requested by them July 29, sent by me July 30. No response until Shopify support intervened in mid-August. As of this review: acknowledgments and explanations, no refund decision on the $1,199.96.
