WARNING: I had my first and ONLY sale on Amazon from this App., it was my first sale on the platform and the client asked for a return/refund since the product is very bad quality. The app refuses to give refunds and ask for a photo when amazon terms do not share photos specially a bad quality item and just received a bad review from amazon client. Inhad tonfile a disoute with my banck to get my money back since Dropshipper do not want to refund. I also found out this app is also related to another app here that have very very bad reviews for lack of support and app malfunctions. Also the app is full of bugs/errors. The first 2 days worked some features. Contacted the App support and as of today 2 weeks later no help and nothing from the app have been fixed. So just warning tou, their app do not work, it gives you lots of error issues like pricing, sync and even sendind duplicate products. Spent over 20hr adding products and 5hrs deleting them from my store. Waste of time. Hope never to do business with this useless app and very poor customer support.

dont start a subscription because you'll never be able to find where to cancel it and there is noone to talk to, to get help.

Overall, this app is disappointing. The search function and filtering options are very weak, making it extremely time-consuming to find the products I need. The app also frequently crashes during use, requiring repeated attempts. Furthermore, they charge a usage fee, but the products couldn't be imported into my store, and when I requested a refund, they refused. I do not recommend this app!
