Charged for a full billing cycle after uninstalling the app I installed the app on 24 August 2026 and uninstalled it on 5 October 2026. I was still charged for the billing cycle running 24 September to 23 October — a period during which the app was no longer on my store and provided no service. I have the Shopify app history showing both the install and the uninstall with timestamps, and the corresponding invoice. There is no support email published on this listing and the in-app chat is no longer reachable once the app is uninstalled, so I have no way to contact you privately. I am asking here instead.
