Paket kam schon nach 3 Tagen, alles sauber & nix kaputt. Echt nice, dass da sogar n Zettel mit Anleitung drin war – merkt man, dass sich da wer Gedanken gemacht hat.

They ruined my entire business! I was deceived! My package was never signed for, and I was charged a very high and expensive price, but still did not meet the 7-10 days promised to me. They deceived me! The agent is not professional at all, like a robot, answering questions that are not asked, and the response speed is very slow. It is not a 7*24 service. I feel deceived! Work with them, believe me, you will lose everything!

Terrible experience! Rubbish service! I have been working with them for 2 months, and I have many orders that have not been signed for 60 days after delivery, fraudulent logistics, no track changes, and their agents did not take any measures, just let me wait, patiently wait, and did not solve my problem at all! As a result, my store was closed! My business was completely destroyed! Do not work with them!!!

I still learning about dropshipping and so far, so good with help from the Dropsure Customer Service. I am using different dropshipping portals and Dropsure is the best of far in comparison to the other portals. My only concern is that I hope their product selection process could be better, but again I am having a pleasurable experience with them.

Der Versand war schnell, ich bin sehr zufrieden! Manchmal treten jedoch Fehler bei der Zahlungsabwicklung auf. Ich schlage vor, dass Sie mehr technisches Personal einstellen. Insgesamt ist es großartig, ich werde weiterhin Dropsure verwenden.

Il mio agente sembra essere sempre occupato e risponde lentamente ai messaggi. Vorrei sapere se Dropsure ha molti clienti? Cant recommend this team enough. I've worked with big time suppliers like HyperSKU CJ Drop DSERS and a few more and DROPSURE has by far exceeded in terms of customer service and overall experience. And not to mention the sourcing prices are amazing. From one dropshipper to another, you cant go wrong with dropsure. Recommend them highly.
