This app is extremely disappointing and far from what it promises. The product sourcing is inconsistent, and many items are either out of stock or have poor quality. Shipping times are unreliable despite claims of fast delivery, which leads to unhappy customers and refunds. The interface is also confusing and not beginner-friendly. Overall, it caused more problems than it solved for my store.

I rated the app 1 star because the U.S. section is poorly organized. For example, the Kids & Babies category showed items completely unrelated to kids or babies. With categories this inaccurate, it’s hard to trust the app or navigate it properly. I hope future updates improve the organization.

I absolutely do not recommend this app. Inventory management is terrible; it's always out of stock, and they never update inventory information. Customer service is equally awful—the response time is infuriatingly slow, they offer absolutely no help, and there are no practical solutions. And shipping is infuriating—it takes forever, the tracking information isn't updated, and some orders have been stuck in transit for over 30 days.

This app is absolutely terrible, and the service is utterly awful! Many of my orders haven't been signed for even after 60 days, and many haven't even had any tracking information updated. Customer service does absolutely nothing, gives vague answers, offers no solutions, and doesn't address my problems! As a result, I've lost a huge amount of advertising money and made a huge financial loss! My business is completely ruined! Never work with them!!!

I WAS GHOSTED WHEN I ASKED MY AGENT FOR A REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT ARRIVED BROKEN (20+ orders) When I started working with Dropsure, everything was fine, my account manager was communicative and helpful but after we ran into some copyright issues, my manager started shipping out VERY poor quality products as replacement without warning me about their poor quality. I've had over 20+ orders I had to refund or was even chargebacked by customers because items arrived broken or broke very soon after arriving or because of VERY long shipping (month+) with no shipping updates at all. I made my account manager a nice list of orders that had to be refunded to the customers and why. When I asked my account manager to give me a refund - I GOT GHOSTED FOR THREE MONTHS and got NO REFUNDS TO THIS DAY - the Agent name is Dolly Liu by the way. so I definitelly suffered a financial loss because I had to refund customers OUT OF POCKET and Dropsure did not want to hear about it sadly... I'll try writing an email to their team and sort this out but I do not have high hopes. NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESOLUTION. DO NOT USE THIS APP

They ruined my entire business! I was deceived! My package was never signed for, and I was charged a very high and expensive price, but still did not meet the 7-10 days promised to me. They deceived me! The agent is not professional at all, like a robot, answering questions that are not asked, and the response speed is very slow. It is not a 7*24 service. I feel deceived! Work with them, believe me, you will lose everything!

Terrible experience! Rubbish service! I have been working with them for 2 months, and I have many orders that have not been signed for 60 days after delivery, fraudulent logistics, no track changes, and their agents did not take any measures, just let me wait, patiently wait, and did not solve my problem at all! As a result, my store was closed! My business was completely destroyed! Do not work with them!!!
