i upgraded from the free plan and now i am having issues with inventory. products that have been out of stock for weeks magically have new inventory, resulting in oversold products. Its a pain, especially when dealing with TikTok Shop's cancellation policies

We recently discovered that some items have not synced properly for over five months, preventing us from selling these products. After reporting the issue, we were offered only $24 as compensation, despite having paid $120 during this period. As a result, we will now explore alternative solutions.

This app solved a very tricky problem for me—automatic synchronization of the same SKU is truly amazing.

This app is great! I sell personalized laser engraved tumblers in a much of different colors. Each color has its own SKU, and each SKU is used across a large number of product listings. This app lets me accurately control the inventory so I can keep track of how much product I have in stock. I tried several different inventory control apps before I settled on the one. The price is right an the support is great!

Such a lifesaver!!! I had a small hiccup in getting it to work and they were amazingly helpful and responsive, very quickly. Now it works like a charm and is exactly what I needed for my listings to function perfectly.

We had a feature request for the app to be able to export a CSV of all inventory to help us get an overview of our stock levels. The team got to work on it and added the feature for us with a quick turnaround. We're very thankful and glad to be working with Duplicate SKU.

It syncs my products with the same SKU perfectly. I also like how I can edit my stock mannually per SKU code in the app, and don't have to edit the stock on 3 different places on the website. If you're looking for an app that syncs the stock of products with the same SKU code, I would defenitely recommend this app!

Brilliant app, we use it to make sure that embossed options and duplicate products (so that we can show different colours on the front end of the shop) keep up to date. We had a small issue with POS orders not syncing stock and they sorted it instantly! Thanks

Very pricy for the service. Not really satisfied. I will look for other solutions in the next future.
We appreciate your honest review of the app. Our plans start with is $5 per month. This is ~ $0.17 per day. With this, we monitor the store 24x7 for syncing unlimited duplicate items. The charges help us run the servers and pay the salaries. Hope you understand. We are a small and a hardworking team focused to help online merchants be more productive.

The app works great and it's saving our lives. It has some little improvements to be done, but the developers are very fast on replies and they want to improve the app by our needs, which I'm sure will be others needs as well. So far I'm very satisfied choosing Duplicate SKU.

5/2025 UPDATE: Original issue was fixed from 2021, but now I have a new issue where the app is removing x2 the amount of items being sold. Example, I stocked an item at 15 pcs. 4 were sold. It synced the skus to have only 7 left in stock. I have to keep babysitting my sales again. As the other review from March 2025 mentioned, there is a high chance inventory hasn't been syncing properly for months. I noticed one of my items went out of stock really quick and now i'm left with a lot of stock that could've been sold during the height of popularity of my item. What am I paying a plan for? Their support team got back to me, basically said if an order contains 2 different items with the same sku, syncing will glitch. If your item sells fast and orders are made back to back, syncing will glitch. If your customers don't wait for the app to finish syncing inventory(may take seconds to minutes) then syncing will glitch. Basically the app has now become trash which is the complete opposite of my original experience using it back when I was make back to back sales without a problem. Unfortunately will have to be on the lookout for a new app. I really needed an app that did exactly what this app offers, or at least described to offer. I make custom acrylics of different designs but essentially all using the same base material. I have multiple designs using the same sku. Before going live I tested the app and it seemed to work. Now that my shop has gone live the syncing won't work at all. I still have to manually edit the inventories now. I contacted support and I'm hoping to get a reply soon because I can't keep watch over my shop for hours. Once they get back to me I hope they can fix this or else I'm gonna need to find another solution.
We appreciate you taking the time to review our app. Sincere apologies for having a less than perfect experience with the app. There was a glitch in the app that prevented items having over 40 duplicate SKUs from being synced correctly. We have fixed that problem and the items will now sync correctly. Due to the weekend holidays there was delay in getting this done. Let us know in case you have any further issues. Could have been a fantastic app, but the quantities are only adjusted when you sell an item. I needed all SKUs to be updated when 1 SKU's level changes (if it is sold or not) When will the next update be, that will fix this issue ?
Thank you for your review. The ability to sync all inventory level changes, is already in our development pipeline. It is scheduled to be released in the next app update. --- We are targeting the release for the end of March. It requires significant testing for all edge case scenarios as syncing accurate inventory levels is a very critical business function for any ecommerce store.

I should have taken those reviews seriously, I usually like giving businesses a chance, but this app is doing exactly the opposite of what it is supposed to be doing. I am amazed, because its called Same SKU Sync, which means if 1 product has 3 same skue it will sync them together, this isnt doing this at all and when support responded to my issues they said "its because 3 products have the SAME SKU, this is why it will not SYNC" LMAO? are you seriously just taking our information to sell it abroad? I mean if your app says something and does the opposite, so what is your motive? Will be reporting this app to shopify to take action.
This is a completely unfair review from the folks at rpmmotorsport.net. The app is designed to sync duplicate SKUs and it works. We are processing hundreds of orders each day and syncing thousands of products. Here is, however, one condition when the app does not sync the SKUs automatically, but instead notifies the merchant for manual verification. This is clearly outlined in our documentation here - http://bit.ly/3qpJ9rs - and we are working towards covering this limitation as well. We tried to explain this via emails but they accuse us of selling information to others. It is a complete baseless accusation. Hope people reading this review are not misguided.
