excellent service, these guys know how to help their customers and they are very reliable. i accidentaly made 2 payments and after telling them they refunded me the money instantly. So in 1 sentence: reliable and the app works as it needs to work.
So nice to build out a store completely and use this app to build the next one even faster :)
We happily used the app for months and while mostly it worked fine, their dev team makes big changes to functionality without warning. So if you're using this as part of your business then expect problems to arise. Their latest changes renders the app entirely unfit for our purpose and despite us asking for them to roll back to a previous feature (which worked perfectly), we now have had no option but to cancel and find an alternative app. Their support team was unwilling to help find a solution.
Easy to use as I am part of the Insaka community as was assisted all of the way. Warrick and his team at Insaka were amazing
