I wanted to create as frictionless an experience for international customers as possible with prepaid DDP shipping so they complete purchases with confidence and convenience and minimizing delays in delivery. Zonos helps us accomplish this. Shawn Roah was very professional, knowledgeable and supportive in making the integration process as easeful as possible. He was also super nice and a joy to work with.

I wish once an order is created that it shows " shipped" immediately instead of saying " Succeeded " which requires us to constantly click on the same order until it updates. Overall the app is easy to understand and I had a great specialist throughout this experience. Thank you Shawn for all of your help.

Got this app for international orders, also got the updated verson for UK because doing a VAT on our own was so confusing. Zonos team was super helpfuls, app works great!

Great team at Zonos - Laura has been very helpful and responsive during the integration process. Zonos has also helped with international conversions - although only running for a short period of time, we have seen international sales increase.

Whew, finally found a solution that helps calculate the total landed cost for our international clients. Now there are no surprises for us OR our clients, and the costs are all transparently shown, which our clients really appreciate. And the onboarding team was top notch!

From ease of use to customer experience, we've loved using Zonos. It's been easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to dig into for issues. Plus, Zonos has been a great platform to learn more about how customs, duties, and taxes work. They do a wonderful job as a company and in their technology to help customers to learn more about how it works. Zonos makes calculating duties and taxes for my clients so easy! It gives me peace of mind knowing that the HS codes are calculated correctly and that someone is staying on top of the almost constant regulations changes. They're the best tool we've installed on our site.

The Zonos app provides landed costs to international customers in pre-checkout by displaying live ship rates, duties and taxes while also providing the ability to print labels for shipping internationally with ease. I received outstanding customer care, full setup with detailed walkthrough, and had all my questions answered. I will be offered further assistance should any questions arise. Zonos is the definite app to use for shipping internationally via Shopify.
