Shipping internationally was always a hassle. Customers were upset that they had to pay something to get their merchandise. With Zonos and DHL we can accurately collect all the charges at checkout and the customer gets the delivery free of charge. The people at Zonos are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Zonos has been a very valuable addition to our site and allows us to ship globally in a very manageable and efficient way. With the Zonos app we are able to provide accurate duties and taxes calculations to our customers at checkout which they then pre-pay to avoid any customer service issues upon delivery. Hands down, a must have. There's nothing worse than shipping to a customer overseas and receiving hate mail in return because, unbeknownst to them, they have to pay their local taxes and duties to get their order released and delivered to them. Zonos took all of the guess work out of international shipping for us the seller, and more importantly for our customers. It's ability to provide transparency to our customers of their final cost is priceless. We saw an increase in conversions internationally once the app was deployed. It also saved us on the administrative side trying to determine shipping and duties for international orders in advance in order to hold our customers hands and walk them across their purchase. Their support has been awesome. Setup and configuration was relatively straight forward and their support team was rock solid when we ran into any hang-ups.

My FedEx rep told me I should implement landed cost shipping ,but I had no clue how to do it. Zonos made it painless. It's not a cheap app, but it makes up for it in the fact that (no joke) our international sales are up 1500%. This next fee will be even higher than last month due to the transaction fee (we had more more, higher-value sales than last month), but very worth it. There are a few other things that we implemented to achieve this: 1) Zonos 2) Landed cost shipping through FedEx along with good negotiated rates 3) Language translation app for Shopify (there are some good options) 4) Currency conversion app Now, customers see exactly what the order will cost and there are no surprises on delivery.

We have been using this app for a couple of years now. We have had a few issues with it, but Zonos support is always quick to find the solution or explain certain calculations. They have done a great job with taking the burden of worrying about Duties and Taxes for international shipments!

took me a few months to make my decision on getting this app.. But now that it's integrated makes shipping worldwide so much easier... It's linked up to my UPS account and DHL and don't have to worry about customers not paying duties and fees and loosing sales.. everything is paid of front.. I strongly recommend this app for anybody that has to ship worldwide.. dont have to worry about headaches and NOT only that!! i know us hustlers don't have time... well this just added some more time for me to growl my company..

We were looking for an app that helps to identify international duties as our global customers were getting a shock once our products hit our customer's shores and there were unforeseen duties payable. With Zonos, our customers now know in advance and the best part is that they can pay for these at checkout for a seamless customer experience. Zonos and the team were amazing to answer questions and help get us set-up. Fantastic app, fantastic experience.

Our shop installed Zonos to ease the process of international shipping! It has been such a great tool for us, as well as our customers, to allow an accurate estimate and pre-pay of duties and taxes on international orders. Spent weeks trying to come up with a solution for full transparency while shipping internationally. Dead end, and horror stories across the board. Finally ran across Zonos. NAILED IT... switch to DDP label, and then charge athlete at checkout. This could really elevate our world presence and let the Atreyu brand compete in the big leagues... by the time we have shoes circulating across the globe, other brands will have wondered why they haven't used the app yet! Its a game changer... cant wait to see how far we can take Atreyu with this new wave of e-commerce management of transparency.
