Great app, easy to implement with sufficient flexibility for a variety of pricing scenarios. The Pricing.AI team even noticed a typo error that we made when initiating a large sale pricing model. They brought it to our attention before implementation and the issue was fixed on their end after we confirmed. Thank you for making a great product and being so helpful! Highly recommend.

I don't like this company. I sent multiple sales requests via [email protected] and their website contact form. No response. This is not a serious company.

Customer Service is top notch and replies very quickly! Fairly new customer so the sales data is not quite there yet. Looking forward to seeing what this app can do.

The support team was very clear and professional in their communication. They helped us understand the issue we were experiencing and set us up for success in the future. It didn't take a lot of back and forth either, which I appreciated.
