We manage a large and frequently changing product catalog, and our internal structure depends heavily on SKUs. Without a proper SKU filter, it was difficult for us to use the app efficiently. What happened next was genuinely impressive. The founder personally contacted us, took the feedback seriously, and the team released the SKU filtering functionality extremely quickly. This is exactly the kind of customer-oriented development that makes a real difference. We have been active in online commerce since 2001, and we know how rare it is to see developers respond so fast and so constructively to real merchant feedback. We have already made significantly more than 10,000 price changes with this app, so our review is based on real and extensive use, not just a quick test. The app has strong potential, and the fast implementation of our feedback shows that the team is actively improving it. For smaller shops it can already be very useful, and for larger catalogs it is becoming much more suitable now that SKU filtering has been added. Honest feedback helps products improve, and in this case the developers actually listened and acted. For that reason, I am happy to update my review to 5 stars.
