DPO has been great for allowing our store to have highly customizable and dynamic add-ons for some of our products and Roman was incredibly supportive and quick in responding to us regarding customizations and questions we had!

I have been using DPO for my Shopify store, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about both the app and the support I received from Roman. My business has a fairly complicated custom ordering process with multiple product options, measurements, fabric choices, uploads, and other details that need to work together smoothly. This app is a lifesaver! Shopify doesn't provide any type of traditional custom options. and the great thing about this app is that it can use templates. Which is great for when you have thousands of products, and you can associate with one template. Instead of having to change the options a thousand times for each product. this app also has two different modes one is where it uses the Shopify variants, or using the new Shopify Cart Transform API, so you don't have to have all these variants associated with the product admin page. The ITORIS developer is great, even when we used them for Magento. And now they ported their DPO app to Shopify where it's been just as helpful. The DPO developer team is always fast to solve problems and this app also has a support ticket system in the Shopify admin which is very convenient and allows them to quickly solve any issues. Thank you for making this custom option app :)
