It's mid-2026, and I've been using this app for 6+ years. I've called on Roman many times over this period to help modify, improve, and enhance this app's utilisation on my website. Roman's support has always been fast, effective, and immediate throughout. The app itself serves me very well because it can handle simple or complex product options as required. At its peak, my customers can create custom items with multiple levels of detail, all on a single site page, and I am barely using the app's full potential.
