First off, we LOVE this app. we have 3,000+ products and we needed highly customizable and conditional options for our web-store to take us to the next level. after trying a dozen other with tons of good reviews that were cheaper, they didn't come close to our needs and were clumbsy. we were a bit hesitant with the higher price, BUT it has exceeded all expectations. support is fantastic! they respond to every request within a day and have made several accommodations to make things easier to setup. it is an intimidating interface with all the options and templates but it works beautifully! another big plus is it does NOT leave permanent hidden products in your store (many other options apps do) we have the ultimate plan which and use every bit of it conditional logic, pricing formulas, mass actions. (most other apps don't have these features) it seems 5 stars are given out too easily these days but this one deserves MORE than 5 stars LOVE it

Excellent app quality and support service. Roman is able to resolve our promotion issues within a short time and has helped us to set up what are required to get a complex promotion running by using this app. Indeed, if one is familiar with this app, this app can cover at least 3-4 other marketing/ promotion apps in the market, which saved us from a LOT of headache. For compatibility with theme, he always help us to resolve quickly and let us know what amendments he has made. Highly recommended, and if possible we'd buy Roman a beer.

Our company is building a new website on the Shopify platform, and we were having an issue with cost added variants updating the new price of an item when an option was selected. It wouldn't show until you added it to cart. Thankfully, Roman was on point, very efficient and fixed the issue in less than a couple hours! This function displaying properly, in real-time, was a vital component in deciding if we were going to keep the app after the trial period. And yes, we will be moving forward with this app! Thanks again Roman and ITORIS support.

Absolutely amazing. This is the product options plugin we have all been looking for and it is simply fantastic. The tech support is second to none, Roman was a hero, and the plugin options are so easy and intuitive... I have no complaints at all, and have been looking for a plugin like this for years after using literally every other option available on the Shopify App Store. This plugin is able to go as deep or as simple as you like in terms of product options and customizable look to fit your theme. Could not be happier. Take the dive, you won't regret it! *edit for 7/15/2025* Popping back after using the app for the past 5 years to say that it is as wonderful as ever and the support is top notch. We couldn't be happier.

I could not find an app to do what I wanted for our pricing structure. Most Tiered pricing apps will force your pricing to within a "range" of x price for 1-5 and 'y' price for 6-12. I wanted to be able to price out shirts on a SINGLE price point, if they bought a 6 PACK at a 13% discount, and then a full case of shirts at 72 pieces to get a 18% discount. So, if someone ordered 100 shirts, they would get CASE pricing on 1 Case (of 72), they would get 6-PACK Bundle pricing on 24 shirts (four 6-PACKS), and then 4 SINGLE Priced shirts. Only DYNAMIC PRODUCT OPTIONS let me do this with a math equation that did exactly what I needed. It then averages the price of the shirts out based on this formula. Plus, their support was SUPERB! Prompt, efficient, and very helpful. They got me up and running within a couple of hours on my theme that wasn't full compatible - but we got it working. Kudos to the group that made this APP.

This App. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We have searched High and Low for something with the SKU capabilities with Options and finally found it. The support is PHENOMENAL and does not recommend you to outside support to get help and support is easy to find, you don't have to chase down an external website. Overall i LOVE LOVE LOVE this app and wish i would have found it 3 months ago would have saved me a lot of time money and sweat. DOWNLOAD IT NOW!

This app deserves 6 stars. I’ve wanted this functionality on my website for years, but didn’t know where to start and expected it to be much more complicated and expensive than it really was, thanks to Dynamic Product Options. I installed and configured every similar Shopify app, and DPO is far and away the best. Other apps appeared to be more user-friendly on the back-end, but the options were limited, and they stuck out like a sore thumb on the front-end. DPO integrates perfectly on my site, and the back-end is actually much more intuitive than I expected. I rely heavily on the pricing formulas, and customer support has helped me get everything configured and working beautifully. This is going to make ordering custom products from my website fun for customers, and I’m so so happy that we finally figured this out! UPDATE: I'm still thrilled with this app and learning more available functionality. Our team gives product demos to prospective clients, selecting customization options on the product page. We needed a way to share their selections with them after the demo so they could add it to their cart and checkout. I looked for other apps to achieve this, but couldn't find anything. Then asked Roman if there was any chance DPO could do it, and he set it up for me!

Brilliant App , exactly what i was looking for. To top it off the support received from Roman was amazing, keeping in mind me asking alot of questions and going back and forth with the app design itself. 5 Star app and service !

This is the best product options app available hands down! It can do everything we have thrown at it. It takes a bit of time to get your heard around it but once you do, you realise you have only scratched the surface of its capabilities. But, an app such as this is only as good as its support - and here is where it really shines. Roman is amazing and it seems there is nothing he can't answer or do for you in a very timely manner. It's not the cheapest - but having tried several others, you get what you pay for (and sometimes more!)

Amazing app... I had a really disappointing experience with BOLD options and this was the best solution I could have hoped for. I lost 6 months worth of add on sales because the BOLD app stopped working (maybe only for 25% of orders that come through it worked correct for) and I was pretty much told to look elsewhere because they couldn't work out why it was happening and had more important apps in development so I wasn't a priority. Roman from Dynamic Product Options has been amazing. The support is like no other I have received from an app based on shopify. I had my set up complete within 2 days which including multiple questions and problems being solved by Roman within an hour every time. Definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs options/variations to products that are a little more complex than the standard. Elise www.perfectprintco.com.au

This app is great but the support is what has impressed me the most. The standard features of this app are great if you are looking to add product options of any sort as they allow full customization like lots of other apps but with plenty of features that are unique. We downloaded this app to try and replicate product variant dropdowns as we did not want to use product variants anymore. The reasons behind this were that each variant will index better on Google with its own specific SEO instead of being listed in a generic parent product - this isn't required for everyone but for us, we rely on search engine traffic and needed to make this change. Roman in support has spent lots of time custom coding different features to our products within the app to help achieve our final goal and I can say now that we have achieve exactly what we wanted - individual products that appear in one drop down on each product page as if they were variants. Wish I could give this app more than 5* but if you download and get stuck for any reason, just reach out to Roman and he will sort the problem out.

We initially found this app because we were looking for the ability for a user to input a custom width and height and for the price to change accordingly based off that custom user input. This app allows us to do that - and more! We are now using this app for all of our product customization needs. This app saved us from having to spend $1000's of dollars on a custom app solution. Roman is always responsive and has a solution for everything. This app is a total life-saver and game-changer for us.

This app is fantastic! I have very little coding knowledge, but with the help of support I have been able to apply very complex features to my shopify store easily! They walk you through what needs to be done step by step! I highly recommend this app

I have been trying this app almost 10 days. It is awesome! I can do now anything about product options that I could not make with other apps. There were small issues with my theme, however support is very quick. They corrected my theme issues in an hour after I submitted a ticked. Thank you for this great app!

Switched from Bold Product Options. Both have their pros and cons in the method of adding to cart. We offer engraving and other extras that get overwhelming when showing all at once. With this I can have 1 button that pops up with all the extra options in a nice and tidy fashion. Love this one for the level of customization and the way it integrates into your store/theme. The support is also timely and very top notch! As someone whose main focus is Custom products this app is the most versatile. -Don Orrell Stirrups

Lets be honest. This is the best app you can use if your selling anything custom on shopify and i have tried every single app. At the price with so many features its uncomparable. I have requested a few custom changes which were done literally done instantly. Well done guys and looking forward to working with you guys for a very long time!!!

The BEST app for displaying options. FANTASTIC, quick clear support. If you need customs options, this is the one to use! A little tricky to start, but as I say, support is fast and great.
