I would recommend this product over other products simply for the great customer service. I am not a technical expert or engineer and having a support team be highly responsive has been the #1 reason why I've enjoyed using DPO and will likely continue to do so. Roman is on the other end when I submit a ticket for help and I've grown to really trust his expertise!

We have been using this app for a while now. It has an incredible amount of adaptability, and has uses far beyond how we presently use it. After changing our site design, and theme we ran into some problems of our own making. The support is amazing, and helped us get everything sorted in no time.

Highly recommend this app! The support has been amazing - not only are response times quick, but the team is very, very helpful. Some of our products have a more complex setup, and we weren't sure how we'd accomplish what we needed. This app did it. We're so glad we found it - it's been a great decision.

It really is one of the best apps for expanding product options. Incredibly many possibilities and if you have some programming skills, you can customize a lot. But the best point is really the customer support. Roman is simply the best. He customizes so much for you and supports you everywhere, even if you have no programming skills. Would gladly give more than 5 stars. Can only recommend!

Works as expected and Roman was super friendly and helpful.

It's a good option to adjust pricing for complex product variations, their support works very well, they fulfill your requests. Only in the first setup, we had to do some brainstorming with mathematical formulas because the number of variations was too high. Maybe Pricing could be better :)

This app is great. I spent $4k having a custom developed configurator made for my computer building business and after 8 months I gave up on the project because they couldn't properly develop logic into the configurator. This app is super easy to learn to use and the login works great. Their support is also wonderful and have been a huge help with minor visual modifications.

A great app for complex configurable products, but as other review state, the customer service is some of the best I have ever come across. We have been using the app for a number of years and Roman is always so helpful and quick with technical assistance... 100% recommend!

Great app but most of all, best support ! Only app that could help us with our complex pricing for custom products. Just enough complexity if you need to but also becomes rapidly really intuitive. Support has been there to help understand and walk through on set up, but also to adapt the solution to our needs. If anything is not clear, support is provided until your options are working as intended. Thoroughly recommend.

We've been using this app for a number of years now and it's quite honestly the only app I've found that could support our complex pricing structure and product options. Support is also very helpful and Roman is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues we've faced. Highly recommended!

Does exactly what you need it to do, and unlike other apps it works with multiple currencies. Great support provided, including walking you through how to set up your options. If anything is not clear, support is provided until your options are working as intended. Once you have learned how it works, it is intuitive. Thoroughly recommend.

I am not sure what's better, the app or the customer service! I would leave 100 stars if I could. After days and days of searching for an app to perform according to my needs (a complex inventory, conditional logic, several options for price adjustment, etc) I found this one and it does it all! I have had several questions and help requests and the team at DPO has been outstanding. They have gone above and beyond and even offered to check that the app was integrated properly into my theme. Exceptional customer service. The app has a basic interface but handles complex situations beautifully -- and you will appreciate its simplicity. Thank you DPO -- I am so grateful I found your app!
