This app is great. I spent $4k having a custom developed configurator made for my computer building business and after 8 months I gave up on the project because they couldn't properly develop logic into the configurator. This app is super easy to learn to use and the login works great. Their support is also wonderful and have been a huge help with minor visual modifications.

A great app for complex configurable products, but as other review state, the customer service is some of the best I have ever come across. We have been using the app for a number of years and Roman is always so helpful and quick with technical assistance... 100% recommend!

Great app but most of all, best support ! Only app that could help us with our complex pricing for custom products. Just enough complexity if you need to but also becomes rapidly really intuitive. Support has been there to help understand and walk through on set up, but also to adapt the solution to our needs. If anything is not clear, support is provided until your options are working as intended. Thoroughly recommend.

We've been using this app for a number of years now and it's quite honestly the only app I've found that could support our complex pricing structure and product options. Support is also very helpful and Roman is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues we've faced. Highly recommended!

Great app with a unique functionality that helps us create customization options that no other app we've found has been able to. Additionally the support provided has been very helpful and prompt as we've worked through set up.

I am not sure what's better, the app or the customer service! I would leave 100 stars if I could. After days and days of searching for an app to perform according to my needs (a complex inventory, conditional logic, several options for price adjustment, etc) I found this one and it does it all! I have had several questions and help requests and the team at DPO has been outstanding. They have gone above and beyond and even offered to check that the app was integrated properly into my theme. Exceptional customer service. The app has a basic interface but handles complex situations beautifully -- and you will appreciate its simplicity. Thank you DPO -- I am so grateful I found your app!

I tried several solutions to address the issue with dynamic options, but none of them worked as expected. Then I discovered this app, and after receiving quick and exceptional support, everything fell into place. Now, my store runs seamlessly and looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

We have been using this app for a number of years, we recently refreshed our site and ran into some errors with a new theme. We contacted support and Roman was very quick to resolve the issues for us! Once you get your head around all the settings, its a fantastic app that offers so many variants! Highly recommended!

We needed many type of options and real complex pricing, not basic mathematics formulas, but a lot more complex, expecially nested conditions and ternary expressions. DPO is really the best for it. Support team is pro and reactive. Thanks Roman ;-) Sebastien

I've never left a review for an app but this one is well earned and deserved. I was looking for an app that could adjust the price of an item based on multiple factors and this did the job exactly as I envisioned! For example, I wanted a way for customers to fill a popcorn tin with 1, 2 or 3 flavors. Roman designed it so that if the customer selects 3 flavors then just the options for 3 flavors is revealed and the customer must choose exactly 3 to move on. This works perfectly! Going even further, you can have a more complex price matrix. For this I was able to build a single item "create your own popcorn sampler box". Customers can select a box size (A,B,C) and a bag size (1,2,3,4). With the 3 box sizes and 4 bag sizes I made 12 option lists and set a rule for when they appear (A&1 must both be selected and so on). Each option list can have an exact number of items required. Again this works perfectly! To top it all off, Roman added some custom CSS to make it look great too. If you are doing everything yourself there is a very detailed user guide to take you step by step through anything you need to do within the app. I highly recommend Dynamic Product Options by Itoris for your Shopify store!

This is the best product option app I've found. We needed all different kinds of product options (swatches, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.) with conditions, and we needed to be able to make product option templates for our products. It took me a little bit to get used to, but then it was easy! Any issues I had were user error or not knowing how to do something. I created a ticket within the app, and someone got back to me in a timely manner! I really appreciated all the assistance with my many questions!
