This product option app is the most versatile (albeit most complicated) that we have used. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it (there is a bit of a learning curve if you are not familiar with these types of apps, or minor coding) however the Customer Support has been very fast and efficient in resolving all issues and answering all questions during the set up process. Highly recommend to anyone who wants maximum flexibility in their production options and don't mind a bit of a learning curve.

Great app for options. Moreover great customer service , always ready to help to make the business successful. Sometimes with a lot of options, the speed lags, but they do suggest options on how we can speed up.

i've never written a review before, that is how good this app is. it saved me thousands of dollars in custom programing and not only that the support is incredible and will walk you through or even write code for you. extremely flexible app. i could not recommend it enough.

Absolutely amazing app and incredible support! The app is extremely useful with features that are unmatched by any other app - or group of apps. Support is fast, provides solutions, explains how special requirements can be accomplished, and offers tips to assist users of all levels kindly. I needed help with syntax for complicated (to me) pricing formulas. I had a special request to display product weight in a special way. I had another special request to change the default behavior of the app with respect to display on the product detail page. I needed help finding errors in formulas. Itoris support and Roman were extremely helpful in every case. 5 plus 5 times 5 stars!

UPDATE: Don't use the feature "Hide SKU from Cart and Order." It will make your reporting completely useless later on. The app has been great up to this point, but after realizing I can't pull accurate reports for this past four months, I'm upset that that feature did not come with a warning because I thought I was just making packing slips easier to read, not completely removing data. it said "hide," not "remove from reporting existence." The solution was to subscribe to ANOTHER paid app to get the reports since Shopify can't natively pull the data. I'm disappointed because the app has been great except for this, which is VERY important to our business operations. I'm not going to remove my 5 stars due to previous service, but I think this is important for other users to know. ORIGINAL: I've honestly never liked the line, "I'd give it 10 stars if I could!" After working with Dynamic Product Options I can understand why people would say this. Yes, I would give it 10 stars if I could. I was asked to help migrate a store to Shopify, but the lack of options with regards to the "options" was depressing. The store I worked on sells items that can be purchased separately or as part of a bundle. If purchased as part of a bundle, the inventory had to be tracked correctly, and allow for the easy updating of items and prices as needed. I spent many weeks searching through Apps to find something that, quite honestly, should be a standard feature in Shopify. The folks that wrote this App have done an amazing job. I'm not a programmer, but I can tell they thought of future expansion and the one-off needs of customers who use the App. The support I've received from DPO in regards to this App has been top notch. Unless it's something in the Shopify code that prevents it, the support people have helped me get everything working in the way the client wanted.

DPO has been incredible from the beginning. Three major positives of this app - the timely and effective support system, the extensive user guide, and the unlimited amount of product options you can create. Other apps such as Bold Product Options wouldn't work for us because they have a limit of 1k product variants - whereas DPO has an unlimited amount of product variants. 10/10, we will use DPO for the foreseeable future and we recommend it to anyone looking for a near perfect app to build complex products.

This app has the best support. Ramon fixed all issues and answered all questions we have got. Support so important for apps and JUST BUY THIS APP. You will not regret it. This app can do absolutely anything you can imagine and the best thing is the support. 10/10. Highly recommended. Buy it, Buy it. Just buy it. We have had so many support tickets sent and each one of them answered perfectly. All issues were solved completely with no questions asked. VERY VERY happy & satisfied with the support given. Highly recommended. It's a bargain. You cannot ask for more. Just buy this app.

We tried "infinite options" before this, and this one works MUCH better. The support is very responsive and helpful, and willing to help with customizations to get the store to look the way we want. Great value for the price.

We found this app to help with our very large collection of furniture. We loved it because you can do pricing with percentage upgrades. Makes it super easy to update. It has been a learning curve but support has been SOOO helpful! Super responsive and dove in to help. We could not be happier with this product!

The best app I've found for products with a lot of options and variants. It allowed us to streamline by hundreds of product pages and create a more intuitive shopping experience. Excellent service as well. When we switched to a new theme they made sure all the right typefaces were picked up for a seamless appearance.

Dynamic Product Options should be called Custom Options On Steroids. It's in a league of its own. Roman's customer service and problem solving is top-notch. A word of advice: Take the time to figure out all the features, and read the User Guide. Learning this plugin will unleash a monster. It's up to you how grand you want it to be.

There are not enough stars to rate this app. It's top in its class. My store requires a LOT of customisation and there isn't one thing this app has let me down on. I actually can't think of any way for them to improve. The support team is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Great job guys.

This is an outstanding app, does all that we need and much more. There is a steep learning curve (for me at least), and I certainly needed help in setting up the first product option. Help was fast and it looks great. After that it was much easier to create other product options using this template. There are many more features yet to explore... Don't doubt, just install...

The app is very diverse in capability and works great! One of the best supports I have used in a while. You are never taken to a FAQ page or a bot, these people are the real deal. Relatively quick response times, and expert advice. And if the information happens to be over your head they can get your permission to go into your account and fix the issue themselves. Amazing service!

If you have complex product options - Stop searching now, you've found what you're looking for. I sell a highly complex customizable product that I have built custom solutions for over a dozen times, from scratch. I've used many apps, I've done it without apps, I've solved this problem many ways. I would say I'm an expert in creating custom product display solutions. DPO is exactly what I needed, and would have quite literally saved me hundreds of hours if It had been around sooner. This app offers impressively complex, interdependent, price-determining options, without the need for multiple variants. It uses a template system, so I can apply my changes and updates to all of my products at once. It handles file uploads, allows you to edit the product in the cart once built, it is very vast, reliable, and user friendly. The pricing is very fair, especially considering the incredible customer support. As soon as this app was installed, a real person automatically came in and optimized the app for the theme I was using. When I needed help, they walked me through changes. There is no better app on the app store than this one. 6 stars.
