This app made us loose an huge amount of money in Google Ads. We have been running this app for several months and we thought all was working ok. However, when browsing online everytime remarketing ads of my website appear were never the items I visited earlier. So I reached informing the Dynamic purpose of their pixel isn't working well. They always came out with vague replies and saying "we don't run ads for you". I know that you don't run the ads and I have been very clear about that in my emails. For future clients of this app: really test if the "dynamic" is working properly. We hope have a compensation for the money we lost with this app and we will do everything we can for you to assume that.

It works and delivers what it should as described. We've offered more assistance without any charge but you decided not to respond anymore. This review is far from reflecting the true ability of the app and/or service we are providing. We are always giving more than expected to our merchants and sorry to hear this.
So far so good. I needed some assistance with my Google Merchant Center Setup and integration and the App Support was "Johnny on the spot" with help and assistance going above and beyond helping me understand the Google settings! Great app. The installation was very fast and everything configured correctly. I had issues with a remarketing and the customer service helped me to solve it.
