I`ve tested the free trial and now movig to paid version. Great app for finding and tracking similar products in my business domain across competitive webpages, as well as marketplaces. The product matching is accurate and the support team has been very responsive and helpful. Saves tons of time and gives excelent visibility.
Scammers. The service does not work. I paid $250, tried to call them and also wrote to them, but I never received any response. They are simply scammers.
You haven't paid. You just subscribed to our paid plan and we immediately called your tech team to offer additional assistance. You haven't tried any of our tools and services. We haven't received any email or calls from you. The service is up and running. Really don't know why you are calling us scammers.
The pricing model was extremely unclear to me. I downloaded this to test it and see if it would fit our business. They specify that the app is free for less than 200 orders, but then charged us $999 despite us never actually enabling the app and getting zero value out of it. We reached out to support, and they began playing games, first insisting that they don't refund, and then claiming that they had to speak to their "CFO" and "Accountant." Their last message they said they would get back to us the next day, and we never heard from them again. Bottom line, support experience was abysmal, and getting charged $1k without even ever using the app left us feeling like this was just an awful all around bad choice.
We are sorry to see this review, after we offered you complimentary access to our highest-tier plan for three months, including full setup and onboarding support. Our pricing is stated clearly prior to selecting a plan, and you need to consent to it twice before making your selection. We are not certain where your confusion is coming from. As an aside, our app is made for merchants with online stores, and it seems that you don’t have a functioning store and instead you develop apps. As such, we believe we may be dealing with a competitor and not a genuine client.
