I tried 3 other preorder apps before finally finding Early Bird. I LOVE that there is a FREE plan available for those of us with minimal/low preorders. Josiah was incredibly helpful. He reached out to us personally (using our names) and was prompt with his responses. Through email help with Josiah, I was easily able to get the app working and set up on our website within a very short period of time. He checked in a short time later to make sure everything was working still. Customer service/tech support was A+! Would highly recommend!
