I had a wonderful experience with the support team, especially Kat! She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and she made sure everything was resolved smoothly. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and friendly support. Kat truly went above and beyond to assist me, and her professionalism made the whole experience seamless. I'm having some issues while installing this amazing app, but Hannie is being super helpful. We're already big fans of the easify options so I'm hoping will be able to combine these two great apps on our store.

I am very pleased with this app so far. I got some help setting it up from shopify's AI and from Kat on the chat from Easify. There were some minor tweaks that needed to be ironed out but all in all I'm excited for it's potential in my shop.

I'm really enjoying the app and I'm excited to be able to offer bundles to my customers, I love that the discounts can be automated based on how many items they add to the bundle without needing to go to a new page and it overrides the original product price without any issues. When contacting support Anne was very friendly but unfortunately initially wasn't able to help fix my issue with applying a first purchase discount to products in the box (or the box itself) however after a bit of back and forth and help from others in the team the issue was solved.

Fantastic app and great support! I was able to create my cookie boxes exactly how I wanted, including my colours and product photos. Any questions I had were answered within minutes, and the team walked me through each step until everything was just how I liked it. I can’t wait to launch knowing my boxes will sell smoothly!

The app wasn't as intuitive as I hoped and I ran into some issues, but Liv was amazing! After a brief waiting period, and I mean less than 2 minutes, she jumped right in and found the issue and got it fixed for me. I'm truly grateful for a very cool app and outstanding customer service. Thank you again Liv, you're a life saver!

I spent way too much time on two other apps before finding this one. Kat helped walk me through setting up a bundle deal. I was very confused but she was so patient the whole way helping problem solve to get it to work! Thank you so much Kat!!!!!

liv was great at assisting me with what I needed help with ,as ive never edited a website before. the templates that they have to offer are also great and there's an option for everyone.
