I was able to set up most of the app by myself and the AI included. They were prompt in answering the last few issues I had with setup. I have yet to make a sale using this system.

easy to implement, few changes i couldn't find but the easify cs team were very responsive and helped me to make that changes successfully.

Very easy to implement and love the amount of customisation I had while building a page out. There were some changes I wanted to make that I couldn't see options for, but the Easify team were very responsive and able to make all of the changes I requested.

je n'en suis qu'au début de l'utilisation, mais pour le moment c'est parfait. Facile à configurer, service client efficace quand je n'ai pas trouvé ce que je cherchais, rien à dire.

I found this app a bit fiddly to set up initially, but it has been working well once I mastered it. I ran into an issue where if a customer tried to add two boxes to their cart, the discount didn't apply properly - but when I reached out to the support team, they resolved the problem within a day. Great service, can't fault the team.

VERY FAST SERVICE AND VERY HELPFUL

Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).

I had managed to get most of the bundle builder sorted by myself, and was stuck on the last little bit to get it live in my website menus. Both Anne and Kendle were of great assistance today, and Kendle went above and beyond logging in to my website and sorting the last of the functionality. Very much appreciated xx

Wasted so much time trying out other apps only to find out Easify does exactly what I wanted for free (until you reach a sales threshold)! I now have a fully functional tiered discount box on my website which matches the rest of my branding (this took a moment to set up, but was overall pretty straightforward). Huge thanks to Chloe for the quick and immensely helpful customer support!
