Easify Box Bundle Builder BYOB

I found this app a bit fiddly to set up initially, but it has been working well once I mastered it. I ran into an issue where if a customer tried to add two boxes to their cart, the discount didn't apply properly - but when I reached out to the support team, they resolved the problem within a day. Great service, can't fault the team.

Great product so far!

VERY FAST SERVICE AND VERY HELPFUL

Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).

I had managed to get most of the bundle builder sorted by myself, and was stuck on the last little bit to get it live in my website menus. Both Anne and Kendle were of great assistance today, and Kendle went above and beyond logging in to my website and sorting the last of the functionality. Very much appreciated xx

Wasted so much time trying out other apps only to find out Easify does exactly what I wanted for free (until you reach a sales threshold)! I now have a fully functional tiered discount box on my website which matches the rest of my branding (this took a moment to set up, but was overall pretty straightforward). Huge thanks to Chloe for the quick and immensely helpful customer support!

Support team is quick and able to solve my problem!

Great support chat. Chloe guided us with our questions and setting it up was easy.

Excellent Support with a friendly team that resolve issues and answer questions. Kai resolved our issue promptly!

What a fantastic experience with Easify. The team there could not have been more helpful. And even came up with a personalised solution to a request I had. I couldn’t recommend this product more.

’ve tested several bundle-builder apps, and Easify Box Bundle Builder has been one of the easiest and most reliable to work with. The setup is clear, the app gives me the flexibility I need to create a polished build-your-own-box experience, and it fits very well for a premium gifting/bundle page. What really stood out was the support team. They were fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed guidance. For a merchant building a serious storefront, that kind of support makes a huge difference. Overall, the app works very well, looks professional, and gives merchants a lot of control without making the process complicated. Highly recommended.

Great App and Service! Kendle was a great help to me and responded quick and professional. Thanks Kendle

Good support and great service, I really like that its free until you start making a decent amount of revenue.

Chloe was an absolute game changer in the building of pages in the app. She provided step by step guidance on all of my questions and even went above and beyond to help when I hit a roadblock. This app solved for many problems that other apps could not. Highly recommend using this builder for your website needs!

It has definitely been a learning curve for me, but Chloe went above and beyond today to help me. I was unable to give her access to my site, but she gave me a tutorial and the necessary code to fix my issue! Thank you to all of you that have helped me along the way and a special thanks to Chloe today!

I downloaded the app today and Mari helped me set everything up right away. I really appreciated her help and her friendly service, and the app is doing exactly what I need :)

The Easify Box Bundle Builder has provided the perfect solution for our Pocket Promise shop. This was our first time creating a Shopify site and the first app that we needed to integrate and configure. Even as a first-time creator, the app was straightforward to install, customize and integrate into our shop. Recently we ran into an issue with a mobile display and, using their built-in chat feature, the Easify team was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. They quickly recognized the issue and implemented a solution within hours. We highly recommend this awesome tool.
