We have been Easify customers for a year, with the Easify Options, Easify Inventory Sync and Easify Box Builder triage. We are extremely happy with the super responsive customer service, which will go above and beyond to provide support, listen to feedback and create customizations when possible. They are attentive and really listen to customers' needs and suggestions. The whole Easify ecosystem is truly amazing.

I needed to synchronize all the variants of my store that I have across several different products. The app worked perfectly, and it was easy to set up (I learned how to use it in a few hours). When I needed support, the response was quick and all my questions were answered.

We have been using this seamlessly to offer paperback bundles to our customers. When I noticed all our inventory was suddenly out of stock on our website, I emailed Easify, thinking it was an app issue. Tracy suggested turning off Easify to determine if it was their app, or a native Shopify issue. By doing this I quickly discovered it was an issue with Shopify itself not Easify. Thanks to Tracy and Hannie for their prompt response and great suggestion

Finally, I can properly manage my made-to-order products and display the correct inventory amount on my website, so I never sell items that aren’t actually available. Especially for products that share the same stock (like different variants or custom options), this app keeps everything perfectly in sync. If you run a made-to-order or partially customized business, this is an absolute game changer. Support has been quick and helpful, setup was intuitive, and I love that they added inventory thresholds for proactive stock alerts - super useful for keeping track before things run out. Highly recommended!

I had a hard time figuring out how to bundle inventory on my website and then I downloaded this app. They have a live chat feature and are EXTREMELY helpful! Easify has enabled us to easily manage unisex items in our e-com, using the same SKU but presenting men and women versions. Setting up inventory groups is easy and intuitive. We had some issues with syncs in the beginning but have since solve them and customer support has been super helpful in addressing any questions we had.

I was so stuck on figuring out how to create bundles ect... until i started chatting with Mari. I could not have done this without her! So helpful and a great personality to match. Mari was slow with me and explained everything so i knew exactly where, what and how. Would definitely recommend. Oh yes, and the app is great too.
