the UI is counterintuitive and hides the main things you need- it was designed by a retard.

Boom - out of the blue today all the icons with text on my site switched off and were replaced with "only available with pro plans" making me look like a total amateur. There was no warning - they just switched off a vital function and I had to subscribe to turn it back on. In the forthcoming redesign of my website I will be removing all plugins from this company and recommend others do the same. Total dishonesty and in one fell swoop removal of all good will and trust they had built.

We're really sorry about this situation. We did our best to notify everyone about the Icons With Text section changes with emails sent out two months in advance—one on December 18, 2024, and another on January 24, 2025. We also displayed a notice on the Easy Content Builder app dashboard starting December 18, 2024, to keep everyone in the loop. Unfortunately, it looks like we missed your email on the notification list, and we apologize for that. We definitely didn’t mean to pressure anyone into subscribing to the Pro plan. We understand that every store needs time to explore alternatives if needed, especially during the busy holiday season and New Year. That’s why we reached out over a two-month period—just to give everyone sufficient time to adjust. Again, we apologize for this unexpected circumstance and appreciate your understanding.
